While i don't know if this effects the migs but i have flight model set to normal and when i hit a plane on the wings or tail it spins out of control then and there.

in game options change targeting and hud displays to hard or normal to deal with the words on screen and in the hud

it might not have been updated to work with the latest patch seeing that it is a older mod

careful on the older mods some have not been updated for the latest patch, and the file structure is different for SF2 I believe there is a section for adding SF2 installs in the KB. as always; add one, then test, add one, then test

not a problem with me i'm running two amd 3.1ghz cpu's (although dual core is not supported) and 4gigs of ram at 800mghz with a 1gig geforce vid card but i still set the horizon at near and the mirrors are off so my fps are insane! all my 3rd wire titles are patched to the latest oct 08

You may want another clean install for the GREAT Desert Storm mod! One of the cool things about the 3rd Wire series is that TK allows you to re-download any sim that you have purchased just name it something different like WOE2 so you dont download it to the same place.

You can if you want to use the latest weaps editor and add all the weaps one by one. the easiest way is to lose the older pack and use the CA community weaps pack

that weaps pack is too old for the Oct patch or i should say that the latest patch does that to the old weaps pack and to some of the older mods that have not been updated.

and remember to add one mod at a time and test the game after each mod to see if the games works well

I fly the F-4's a lot and the early Migs are a pain, I always try to keep my advantages against their weakness but sometimes in a big fur ball I find myself totally in defensive mode. The basic plan is to take out as many as I can from distance then keep zooming away

My WOV is patched to the latest and I do use the R key to get direction and a lot of the times the SAM's are at my 5,6,7 and 8 o'clock. I'm waisting gas turning to keep them in front and in sight. I was thinking about trying again to mod the stock F-4's but I'll just live with what I got. Thanks for letting me vent

I tried that as well but the upgrades don't show up in WOV or WOE they show up in SFgold and i followed the same steps Jug what steps did you do to get the upgrades to show in WOV?
