  1. I Just exported a AC with 4907 Polys per wing. AC is 77.000 polys. Needless to say, it's getting a trim.

  3. You are correct I believe. Something like 5K per mesh max.

  8. Won't work because all the nodes (meshes)are linked to the fuselage. If you remove a 'Parent Component' All the 'Children Components' Go with it.
  9. I believe the Pucara download has a modeled triple Lau-3A rocket pod IIRC. And a Double.
  10. Just a Observation, but the Yap 'FlightEngine.ini is not so good either, at least on my XP machine.
  11. Wrench, you are correct. I just looked at the YAP AircraftObject.ini and the stock 08 patch one. The Yap one is the messing with the joy stick controls. (Actually it's missing control Data entries). Unless I've overlooking something else.
  12. The file I mean is a copy of your "Slicks Controller".ini set to Read Only. Mine is named Hotas08.ini and until I set it to Read Only the game kept changing it back to Default.ini

  14. Try import (paste)a control.ini set to 'Read Only, all of mine are and I've never had a problem since. Just a thought.

  21. Are static 'Ground Object Aircraft' low poly models still being used on maps in SF2?
  22. Yes finish it. Dave will be thrilled. I started one, but never got past the 3 view. I'm just not a Jet builder and yours looks great! And if you would, look at a XB-56. Same airframe, 4 engines. Thanks IA.
