Hit the "Print Screen" key, and the image will get in jpg or bmp format into a folder named "Screenshots" into the game´s folder. If you want to upload it here, you need it to be jpg or gif, so you have to get into paint, hit "Save as" and choose one of those formats. Also if you want those screenshots not to show the flight data of your aircraft and your target, press ALT+D twice so they disappear from the screen, take the screenshot and press ALT+D afor the third and it will be OK again.
