They definitely do...infact the 106 Spearhead squadron is comprised of C's and D's. As for the PGM ordinance well...GBU-15's, Popeye's, and the like. I doubt the CFT's can load AG ordinance. -
Something makes me think that with the kinda radar splash a BUFF has, it would be carry enough ECM to blind any 4th gen Russian or French armament.

This just for eye candy but I was wondering if anyone nailed the seat position for the Flogger and Foxbat. I was trying to approximate the position based on other aircraft by using the same distances between pilot and seat, but I do believe I've fairly foxed it. Would anybody be so kind to provide the positions from their data.ini of the Flogger and foxbat, if incorporated?
