it will usually merge unless you deliberately put them in seperate folders. unless you are doing mod testing, not much point to having seperate installs of the stock games. even then, you generally have a set of seperate installs and a merged to see differences in skins sets or available items and as roussok and macelena said, when merged you can use everything per the versions you own. my main bit is flying in europe for USAFE/ ANG. but i do enjoy some carrier action, and have all others (full 5 merge plus both expansion packs) just for the things they add to SF2E

paulo, i thought i included templates for the K in the pack i just release. from there you should just need to lighten the tan on the Greek birds and add tga's for the units. mandatory screenie: was working the airlines and noticed something else familar on the ramp....

well started lurking right before dep.#3, then started a long tradition of stupid questions (Knowledge base? we don't need no stinkin knowledge base) during that deployment. oddly also started babystep modding at teh same time, after dep#4 decided to get into school for SGD (thank you VA. thank you Post 9/11). only 5 years for me but still has been a pretty full 5 (dont even want to go into the friggin moves i've done in that time)

IRL Vipers could carry then from the get go. it was the radar that needed tweeked to support them (ADF). then became moot with the Slammers. as for you Gruppo Vipers, its your world, do what you will.

The F-4N is a must. AI packs are good too. As for the rest, me thinks there is better here on site, BUT..... get the DLCs that interest you to support TW. Its why i got the F-4 skinpacks, even though i like Sundowners better

for those that have been following, i have reskinned the KC-10s from the ODS mod for the other two USAF schemes and the Dutch KDC-10s. i have also ini editted the boom off to make a DC-10 airliner. i am prepared to release the tanker (still much skin/tga work for the airliner) but want to try to get marcfighters OK before releasing. i will also post on his FB wall, but anyone that can get ahold of him it would be appreciated. i figure i will give one week for a reply (or a moderators yes or no) and then release if no response.

View File Historical F-4B/J BuNos BuNo/ Serial Number mod for Stock F-4B and F-4Js This is a mod to add historical BuNos to the stock Phantoms. when researching Bunos for other Phantom models, i got the numbers for the B and J models first then took one hundred that survived to be retired as N or S models and did not crash with fatalities. this mod features the B and J numbers i started with,as well as the BuNos for the mig killers. I also adjusted data ini for smokier engines. ALL numbers after 099 are historical MiG killers, with a few that were already in the ones i had previously completed Installation: open the main folder, then the Stock folder. add the 3 folders inside to the mod folder of your choice, allowing overwrites and merges. if you have the USN/USMC DLC skinpack (DLC18) then open the DLC folder and follow the same directions above. Included: over 100 Buno's with 4 digit big and full Buno small for the F-4B and J adjusted decal ini's for all relevant skins spillone104s J79 effects and data.ini conversion to put them to use loading screens for each type ***************IMPORTANT NOTICE******************IMPORTANT NOTICE************************************************************************************ This pack focuses on the gull gray over white and overall gull gray schemes. The Marines gave up the last B's in 1978, and the J's were retired around 1983. View File ANG SLUF Pack- featuring TMF A-7D and A-7K This is an updated skinpack to reflect all USAF users of the SLUF after the bicentennial. Every unit tactical unit is included, as well as the 4450th TG that was a cover for the F-117A's at Tonopah. Most every scheme by every unit is in here; BUT for some units that had different tail stripes for different flights rather than squadrons(i.e Puerto Rico), i picked one color and went with that.
