I wrote this before Dave locked the other thread so I apologize... ---- Before this thread gets locked I want to say something from a physically disabled simmer point of view. I love all combat sims from light like crimson skies to Falcon AF. When I’m buying a sim I look for the regular things every simmer looks for IE FM, Weapon behavior, DM and etc. But the most important thing I look for is in-game preferences like torque on/off etc. The reason for that is my disability. I have one useable arm/hand and can’t use a full HOTAS (love to have one but it’ll be useless) and can’t use my feet very well for rudder pedal system (again would love to have one…). So customizing the preferences is a must for me. I try to balance out the realism/gameplay. I turn on realistic fm, dm and etc but if a “normal” fm (like in WOx sims) feels right for me then I use it. When I buy a prop sim, I turn off torque mainly because my disability. Now IMHO TW sims are VERY disabled friendly. I love the FMs especially from the Mirage Factory and LOOOVE their wep packs. If I could give TK an award I would. I’m glad I heard about TW. Stigrl doesn’t understand that the now-gone sim companies tried to make people happy but because of that the companies became broke and cut off the relationship w/the fans. IMHO that’s my 2 cents worth…damn that thread was locked. Dave thank you for inviting me to the original C5 site (and introducing beautiful asian women to me) and here at CA. I’ll get a paid membership soon once I get my shooting mount. Got 266 saved so far WOOT!

My gaming system is from them. Its a real beast too. I have no hardware problems since I got it. It costed $2200 and thats including liquid cooling system. Falcon

I "fly" all sides in my sims over the years. Not because the politics or nonsense like that. I "fly" all sides for the aircraft themselves and see how each side experience stuff (if modeled accurately.) I play FPS' as well. I have no problem of playing as a Merc in Far Cry 2 or being an soldier in COD4 and in WW2 FPS' like Brothers in Arms games. Again for me its acting out what it was like those soldiers being in those kinds of extreme situations. Falcon PS. Games are fun.

I had company earlier today and I knew my younger cousin liked Jets so I showed him my picture collection of planes. Then I asked him if he wanted to fly one. He said yes excitedly and I booted up SF. We didn't do combat of course and he loved it. I showed him FE and he was doing better than flying a F-4E. My aunt asked me if theres a flight game for kids. I told her I would look around. So far I had no luck (possibly I used wrong keywords in Google). He wants to shoot planes down and stuff. He's about 3 or 4. Awhile back I saw a screenie of a snoopy flight game but don't remember the name of it. That'll be perfect for him. Anyway if any of you have suggestions I love to hear them. Thanks. Falcon

I got a Rock River Arms CAR15 (http://www.rockriverarms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=217) a month ago. A few weeks ago, my step-dad and I went out to a range to test it out and to see if the sights needed readjustment. At 25yrds, it was DEAD accurate. nice groupings in the X ring. Can't wait to get my wheelchair shooting mount so I can fire my baby ;). Falcon

I love and hate snakes. I had a awful experience with a snake when I was a toddler and it cause some fear until young adult hood. My fear came back few years ago with a really terrifying nightmare with a python biting my face. I'm slowly fighting my fear. I love snakes when they don't coil up. When they do coil up, I get real nervous and jumpy. Falcon PS. C5's pic looks like a viper, is it?
