Early in 2015 Sweden decided to purchase several advanced trainers/COIN planes in order to counter the growing threat of the Anti-System guerrilla in the east of the country. Beechcraft offered a good plane for the job with the advantage that a second series will be locally produced by Saab. Soon the US made planes were flying from Flygvapnet flying school. But not only this. Utilizing their excellent capabilities for improvised air strip deployment, the Varg was soon found itself properly repainted and fighting the aggresive guerrilla from airstrip airbases in the north and east of the country wehre it provides a excellent service using the guided ammo to attack and destroy guerrilla strongholds.

I still think we should try it. We ask, If he says no or don't provide anything we can use, we lose nothing but time.

Ah good! I can't imagine my little turboprop having to fight this stealth beast (that looks pretty cool I must say) with Stingers... But the cocas Marmotini look like a nice adversary for a modern Hawk T.2

I think we need to make a effort to contact him. I think the only way to add the features we're requesting is trough him. We talked about a Kisckstarter, If he can help us, why not create a kickstarter for his work??

Thanks for explaining it, but as you say I have no experience doing this type of things. In the Central America map while doing COIN and anti drug missions I discovered the two FARC airfields are concrete ones, will have been great to see them converted to dirt fields just like all those Amazon "airfields" we see on the news. Thanks.

Flying this little plane made me remember why I like this games so much. Is not an F-22 so better plan your attacks cause If the targets are defended you're going to suffer... a lot!! Can't wait to fly a Super Tucano, wondering what we can use as a enemy similar plane?

But that only works If is there another dirt runway on the theatre right?

I will like to convert a Central America terrain airfield into a dirt one. I was able to convert into one of the small airfields, but the runway is still concrete. Any idea of how can I get the dirt runway? Thanks!

The Super Tucano maybe is a better COIN plane, but the At-6 Texan II is cheaper. That's why the US DoD offered the plane to several nations with Insurgency problems. In one of those nations the USAF deployed a small LAS squadron to help eradicating the guerrilla problem. Soon the Texan II is flying from small airstrips over jungles and mountains of Burma finding and hitting the enemy hard with his modern weapons.
