You may need to update (if you haven't) to Jul 2013 and see again as I have full use of all weapon systems.

Sometimes unplugging it and then plugging it back in will fix it, I had issues with the Logitech Extreme 3D pro, as it would do that, and you have to be on level flat ground to do it, or it screws it up.

Here's a different technique with multiple JDAM drops, fairly easy provided your targets are close by.
