When I flew air to mud in Flanker I shied away from air to air, now... years later I still prefer air to mud but sometimes a little air to air as well. But I go with scripted DACT reports because in my view it helps me get the WVR basics down and also gives me a feel for my maneuverability of my jet and weapons employment. I've got a scripted mission that I can upload (provided you have SF2:E) that you can work with that I use. Besides all of the WVR stuff has helped me greatly with BVR so I know what to do when I hit the merge.

Okay, I'll take a peek sometime online and see what I can come up with. Well I'm working on a smaller update (rather than uploading the huge pack. Those updates will be added to the main download since I have other things in the works so this small update is just texture and ini based (as well as the symbology update shown)

As posted in the What If Screenshot Thread my "What If" SEA Camo, finally getting it cleaned up a bit more. Not sure what squadron (real or imagined) to work with, though if anybody knows a good tactical reconnaissance unit (saw a couple from Tan son Nhut (sp?)) I'd like any links or whatnot...

I thought it would be cool to do something else with this plane, and so far it turned out pretty nice! Just have to make something up as far as units and the like though...

In 1966 with the lack of desire to send strategic recon assets to the South East region, the US Air Force ordered a small batch of RF-103s to perform regional strategic reconnaissance missions alongside tactical reconnaissance aircraft.

I doubt it, what comes to mind are tanks and maybe two at the most, it's just for show, not historical accuracy. And everytime I fly this, it's not do I want to do cool stuff with it, it's just "Can I get to Mach 3 without hitting the wall?"

Now you see it, now you don't... ravenclaw_007 has a small "animation" for when the bombs are attached to the pylon, the metal wire is attached to the bomb, and when released it goes away. And from left to right, GBU-10D/B, GBU-16 and GBU-12D/B.

I always like doing it on a Hornet since it's a Navy jet but more often on real birds it's "GO NAVY BEAT ARMY" but being Army myself its always good for irony
