  1. The carrier mission Loadout bug is fixed, tried it just a few minutes ago...
  2. IFF function with IR homers... no worky. It'll still go after your friendly element. However the only way to to make sure that you're targeting the right aircraft is to use the overhead map, point your aircraft in the direction (as specific as possible), use the radar to lock up your target, and use that to designate for an IRM launch. Not totally perfect but a way to help avoid a fratricide incident...
  3. I have the same problem mikeymead. The best way is to go to [Engine1] and scroll down to this line: AfterburnerEmitterName=AfterburnerEmitterAdour And use something like this: AfterburnerEmitterName=ViperEffects And you'll get the effects, though not sure why it's not showing either. But very nicely done, the Adour could use more push but she's a decent plane
  4. Yep that's what I was looking for, sucks though and thanks!
  5. Is it possible to configure a ground mapping radar to target ships and the like? Or is the function hardcoded to just show the terrain and that's it. Reason I ask is that I want to have a better anti-ship capability with Harpoons vs. the E visual target function...
  6. Nice ravenclaw... Trying out the Jag for meself...
  7. No but I just did a run against a MiG-23MLD in an F/A-18E and I noticed a heavier use of flares (took two instead of one 9X to down him), so I'll play with some more MiGs and see how it goes.
  8. Open the JAS39_Cockpit.ini file and replace the appropriate line with this: [CockpitSeat001] ModelName=Cockpit Position=0.0000,4.98,0.7
  9. I guess the VFA-122 desert pattern can be modded in so many ways it's not even funny... Looks sharp!
  10. Seems more like a limit on just the amount of targets... I don't think anybody else has hit that problem... Though may be a limit based on what's there, as my Afghan targets is up to 435 target areas (onsies or twosies though)...
  11. Don't worry, the files are in the .cat files in the main install, things are okay... You can't open the .cat file with the models themselves but you can open the .cat files with the new .cat extraction tool on the Thirdwire site.
  12. Hunh... how long does it take to show up then? I never get that even though everything is there. Reason I never saw this was because I use the Overhead Map and see how it's relative to the radar screen... (cockpit is zoomed out most of the time so I have to do this)
  13. Added a VFA-22 loadout configuration that I missed
  14. The .tgas are there but from what I've seen there's no sort or images showing the required information, much appreciated though
  15. That's great, now how do you implement that in other radars so it does work?
  16. Agreed A couple more Viper shots from the new pack
  17. http://562.50megs.com/562nd/index.htm Looks like it was a fast two weeks... In the Air-To-Air section, Adobe PDF is required to view the file.
  18. Well how you get that working I'd like to know as it doesn't seem to do a sort with this modification...
  19. Well unfortunately I had to edit it to work but yeah... interesting...
  20. Cool! It'll be done in... 2 weeks
  21. Yeah but a takeoff run without Autopilot will get you splattered...
