I have to say that the F-35C is growing on me a little bit. It still needs a lot of work (hopefully simonmiller416's version is better) but for now it will replace the F-16. I mean the F-16 is okay, but it just has so little fuel and well, doesn't land on carriers, which is probably why it doesn't appeal to me.

It's done it a few times, but overall rarely for me. I guess when I alt-tab by myself to switch songs I fulfill it's function to do that, dunno.

That's funny, it was available to me as a flyable (no cockpit though and I saw the shadow line) plane when I selected it, though of course no cockpit. Other than that it flies well for me, able to take the turns and stuff easily.

Here are some F-35C tweaks. I removed the second ECM2 in the plane, because I don't think it makes a difference, other than damage stuff like redundancy. And I tweaked the radar so it reflects open source information. This should be Block 3 level stuff that I'm working with here. Block 4 stuff they're introducing a new radar (don't have any information on it because it's all classified) so if I can get open source specs I'll tweak the radar. Simply replace the files. The internal ECM jammer is the same as the F/A-18E/F level so there's some power behind it. It's not the silver bullet but it's effective given the scope of the game. F-35CTweaks.7z

I could get another monitor if I needed it, but I don't have room on my table, so I'm limited to the laptop monitor and that's it. I just don't have space for another monitor, so I don t think about it. But in your case I understand.

I don't have the need for two monitors, as I got a laptop and do fine with one.

Getting some F-35C time in. I need to find a color that I can see better for the HUD though

I haven't flown a combat mission in the game for a long time myself. But if I do fly I tend to just use the EA-18G depending on the map, but usually the EA-18G. I may try the F-35C though.

Okay. Yeah I did this video and it shows how stealthy the F-35C is compared to the Growler. The RWR works just well... it takes a while for the radar to lock onto the target, as in this video:

I think honestly I'm glad they went with the F-35 as it looks better than the X-32 ever did. I don't think the X-32 could carry as much as the F-35 either though.

Lol. According to Stratos we can, but honestly not sure but if I could I would program stuff (I can't so don't try and get me to do it) and maybe add stuff, but then again would need the assets to do it, and I don't know how available they are.
