  1. Phase 2 has it's own forum and not supported now, but whilst I am here.. change the DPI setting on your screen to normal (96DPI). In Display Properties, Settings, Advanced.
  2. Joker you can delete your install of CFS3 normally yes which should be a completely separate folder from your OFF install. Do NOT delete anything in \OBDSoftware\CFSWW1 Over Flanders Fields or \OBDSoftware\WW1Scenery. (That's the default locations). Yes CFS3.exe is used by OFF Manager but only the one in the CFSWW1 Over Flanders Fields folder. They should not be mixed up unless somehow you are installing INTO the same folder as CFS3 was installed? i.e . if it is under \program files\microsoft games\combat flight simulator 3\...... or whatever then that would be bad. To me sounds like you were lucky and got a long session with less strain on the GPU, no idea why CFS3 would change it and maybe it did not, maybe you were just lucky? Maybe check your memory settings now, it was reset to default you say, which may not be the best or correct settings for your memory (the guys above have put a load of info re that to read through). One thing, maybe you have different compatibility settings on cfs3.exe and CFS3.EXE and maybe they are conflicting somehow. Check them both just to see.
  3. That's a permenant change, or for temporary removal press shift+D
  4. Lol yeah fuzzy logic rules now.
  5. from the download page right under the files.. "Loading 1.30b if you have 1.30 already will not affect any DM optional patch that you have installed."
  6. MiniPATCH 1.30b is now available! Please see the downloads section on our website for details. http://www.overflandersfields.com This will update v1.30 of BH&H to V1.30b. i.e. you need V1.30 installed before installing this minipatch.

  8. It's our main theme music in BH&H, written for us by the talented Matt Milne.
  9. We do not support P2, but there is no normal reason why widescreen wouldn't work. I run at 1920x1200 fine here as do many others. If you are struggling you WILL need to set the sliders lower in cfsconfig.exe for terrain and scenery - they are not the same as CFS3... try those two on 2 OFF "3" is the equivalent of "5" on CFS sliders. P3 scenery is higher res and quality but more optimised.
  10. Don't know..I looked several times and couldn't fix it. There are oddities in CFS3 when you as player are inside the VC (different model to the craft external). External parts can vanish sometimes. If I get to do any more work on the N17 I'll have another look but last time I couldn't fix it.
  11. I have it running in Windows7 fine, although haven't got TrackIR to work yet but spent little time on it.
  12. Mike, make sure you install the 1.30 update then from the workshop menu configure graphic setup See FAQ near the start http://www.overflandersfields.com/FAQ.htm#...on_and_settings
  13. Currently it's set to 2 triggers in the aircraft config. Try firing button 2 otherwise. It used to be 1 button for both, another for just lewis. But thinking about it I think for P3 gun jams we couldn't have two gun types, so may be why it's just one now - so much has past it's gone a tad fuzzzzy.
  14. That's what we said in the email Oldham too "Try doing a Graphics Config, set to default, then put just your screen resolution in there and see if it work" But if you disabled resolutions too then ahem :)
  15. great fun maybe bycycle rides around to the nearest town and back?
  16. Missed your prev post wsmwsm, yes it's the flight model when set to easy/medium. We have only ever tested Realistic, and always said so. The options were only there as a legacy from CFS3 settings. AI only has been tested with Realistic. Otherwise we'd still be making this if we had to tweak FMs in 3 modes lol. We cannot fix MP UK W. It seems MP uses an easier mode for FM obviously, or the players connecting are on easy/medium. Check your settings, and maybe check your connection speed, not sure it's dumbed down due to that. If not everyone sees it in MP then that sounds like the case.
  17. Something got screwed it seems, probably best to Reset CFS / wipe pilots and see if that fixes it.
  18. Yes, that setting is for the manager. In flight you can also fly widescreen (once setup via cfsconfig or graphics setup in workshop).
  19. wsmwsm Can you provide what squad, date, craft, settings in QC, settings in Workshop?
  20. Depending on your joystick, each time CFS3 loads it may need the joystick centering, basically all controlls axis up/down/left/right etc, including throttle and rudder. My Saitek needs that, I just pause to do that.
  21. PD The duff 1 is deleted now Thanks for doing them PD. cheers Pol
  22. Ground fire was dangerous if you fly low under 3000-2000ft expect every MG around to want to kill you. You have settings in Workshop if it's not to how you want to play but read here too http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=39221 Also avoid flying low when major offensives are on it's worse, or later in the war.
  23. Campaign activity setting is in workshops
  24. Hi PD nice one. One thing though in some of those it says <Unit ID="9549" Type="Bo60_Nieuport 17L" Skill="2" Payload="1"/> <Unit ID="9550" Type="Bo60_Nieuport 17L" Skill="2" Payload="1"/> I think these are still the custom ones PD?
  25. Everyone is trying to fix it, but without knowing the cause and if only 1 or 2 people get it likely it's something on the PC. What did you change in workshop? What controllers do you have? Try putting the flight models to realistic in the workshop if they are not.
