  1. Well done Oldham. Yeah that's the main disadvantage of the Albs not good to dive with. Especially not good to dive after a SPAD one of the finest fastest diving machines :)
  2. Don't think we have any ships in P3. They were owned by someone else.
  3. Hi we had to remove the animations so it no longer happens. When you are dead it will exit after a few seconds back to the OFF Manager. Just wait a little longer maybe it's slow on your PC. Otherwise try to configure you sliders lower (see FAQ)
  4. Hi Jacques-Charles, choose a later date, or another squadron. Maybe you found a quiet area. Turn on labels and awareness radar too maybe you missed some.
  5. Mm wrong thread Catfish really but.. 1. We likely won't change the bounce now, patching is done. It had to be made so for other reasons plus it was a tricky plane to land 2. You need to select the bombs first (joy 2 or 3 can't rem) then press the other button to drop.
  6. QC is exactly the same as campaign from that point of view. Many wing failures? Oldham seems to be having a problem but not seen mass reports of wing failures. Try an Alb DIII early, dive to 180 pull up at 80 degrees or so. Repeat, about 3 or 4 later you should lose one..
  7. Thanks Jammer, must get some of catch22's up there too.
  8. Make sure you enter only the pilot's name, not his rank etc.
  9. Oldham then something has changed with your setup. New joystick perhaps? The Alb was definitely weaker in P2. Albs do and should break wings sometimes just like Nieuports. They were too strong in P3 v.1.0 and due to people asking we put the weakness back in 1.26 or 1.28 cant rem.. but not as much as P2. and I tested and tested oh and did some testing, so yes I said ZZZZzz as I because of your comment I spent an hour or so testing diving DIII early, DIII, DIII AOW, DV, DVa and pulling back over and over. It's something I have done a lot of, and yes sorry I am bored trying it for the zillionth time ;) I flew Albs several times in campaigns recently no problem. Remember I asked you to please turn on messages did you do that?? Please do so and see when it says in yellow text that you are overstressing the aircraft. Maybe you fly 1 particular one, which is it? Dva 200? DV later?
  10. Thumbs up Jammer ! I'm glad someone tried the hannover at last. May be worth an inclusion on our website if you are happy with that?
  11. That really is terrific Dej. Is there a chance you can make the writing a little more legible (maybe the PDF settings) I'm struggling making out some words, but otherwise tremendous!
  12. Congrats Zundap! Now to make 34! ;)
  13. Got to love the occasional ground accident :) - in reality we'd see more of course, but not as much fun yeah CJ, throttle not just on minimum, but also move it full on/off before engaging engine to make sure joystick has reset throttle.
  14. CJ centre your joystick first, me for example I swirl the stick around and rudder/throttle full on/off before flying. Put throttle on minimum, then start engine! Oldham we need to know how to reproduce your wing failures if they happen much more than P2. You cannot fly it around and pull up hard all the time at the maximum edge - ease off a little. As I asked, can you please enable messages, and see if it mentions when your craft is getting overstressed. Do that 3 times or so and snap... edit: BTW just spent half an hour doing (ZZZZzzz) stress tests on the Albatros craft and they are fine Oldham .... Diving is risky, but basically anything around 150 mph or more pull back a little more gently than full whack or stress will occur (stress of the wings, and stress of you ;))
  15. Maybe the ground crew put an extra gear in there just to annoy you!
  16. eeuuuaeeerk now we know why it wasn't reported ;)
  17. Guys thanks for the suggestions. We have of course tried or looked into many of them already. We do spend time on all these things, we have been thinking about this or making it for 4/5 years now lol. We have been trying to get the word out there but yes we can do more. Speaking personally I've paid plenty of attention to getting reviews even though most of the time is spent making or testing things for the patches. We have had several promised or possible then didn't happen. Some have happened now including a bonus TV appearance. We have also considered many options etc, contacted several companies re distributing etc, but for various reasons (including some ridiculous ones like we get 10% distributor gets 90%! LOL) it hasn't happened. Yes we'd love to not need CFS3 CD or install but that's a legal requirement.
  18. Macklroy please read the info on our download page on our website.. they are there where they have always been.
  19. Hi Sitting duck,, er not with you there? OFFICIAL PATCH 1.30 (OverFlandersFields_Patch7V1pt30.zip) OFFICIAL MINIPATCH 1.30c (OverFlandersFields_Patch9V1pt30cMini.zip) First one is 1.30.. been there a while now. If you have it already, then you don't need it... then second one is the latest you need to add 1.30c ?
  20. Yeah maybe I just hate that flashing red message re parking brakes. We'd have to enable them in all craft, then change that message. Don't fancy that at the moment but maybe P4 we'll have a whole airfield with mechs and little chock pullers.. and .. ... <time for your medication Pol>
  21. We have to think many of our fliers are in their ahem later years in life.. so eye sight not great so small fonts we wanted, but had to slightly enlarge them. IE shows them bigger than Firefox..
  22. Thanks yep we know, but we are a very small team all these things take time away from making OFF. Now it's done, we can work... OvS put the great graphics and web together, finally freee I did the final setup/tweaks.
  23. Thanks guys hope you enjoy.. Sorry bit slow posting the update notice here, been a long day ;)
  24. LATEST UPDATE v1.30c (MiniPatch) IS NOW AVAILABLE! Please see http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=40251
