yeah the fallout is gone seriously Rise of Flight went loong way since the release, now it's free -with 4 airplanes, you can buy additional DLC planes to use in campaigns. Oh, the optimization is much better now too

looks like higher resolution STRM to me, perhaps imported as grayscale bitmap there are various (free) programs to output DEM/STRM data as bitmaps

which is the free student 30 days copy... then you have HDD fail after that time and need to reinstall works for me
