+Dave Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Its nice to start over but how long can you last? Anyone game? Quote
+Dave Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 Rules/Guidelines Start a new campaign. Use that pilot until the campaign ends or he is killed. You CANNOT refly a mission. To keep people honest post a screen shot of that plots progress when you are done flying for the day. Quote
Emp_Palpatine Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 That's the way I always play. Hence my tendencies not to finish campaigns. Quote
+Cliff7600 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Some more rules 5. Alt + N "jump to next encounter" is forbidden, you have to fly the whole time (alt + T "time compression" is ok) 6. Nuke is forbidden 3 Quote
+Dave Posted February 8, 2015 Author Posted February 8, 2015 Any campaign, any side, any plane? Yep, anything you want. Quote
Viggen Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Been doing it with my current NATO Fighters play through. I try to keep a single pilot alive through all the campaigns in an install. Only succeeded once. SA-2s and MiG-19s make Dead is Dead so difficult. Quote
Do335 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 too hard. missile.. meh... gun.. meh... flak... meh but collisions are way too hardcore. collides with bandits, collides with wingies, collides with mother earth...... (also collides with carrier but that's ofc the norm) aarrrgh. Quote
+Dave Posted February 9, 2015 Author Posted February 9, 2015 Well Do335, you now how to fix that? Stop doing it. Ok so here is the deal I am in the middle of testing something. So lets start this up when I'm done and we release what we are working on. 2 Quote
Emp_Palpatine Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 When I finish my current Phoney war campaign (or when I am dead...) and start the Campaign of France one, I'll do it too.I've already flown 13 missions, got shot down once by a damned rear gunner (no harm to me) and got something like 20 germans. 1 Quote
Viggen Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Question about the no nuke rule. Does that include Genies and AIM-26s? Quote
+Dave Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 Well that is a good question, I have no problem with A2A nukes. What do you all say? Quote
PFunk Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 Better question, Dave. Where do we put the DID progress threads? Quote
+Dave Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Better question, Dave. Where do we put the DID progress threads? I am going to make a sticky for it. Quote
MrGoTime Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 (edited) Does everyone just fly their own campaign? Or we we all pick a specific campaign and fly it and track our progress? Edited February 12, 2015 by MrGoTime Quote
+Dave Posted February 13, 2015 Author Posted February 13, 2015 You can fly any campaign you want. Quote
Stratos Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 I will like to fly one. USAF F-20 Tigershark during Desert Storm if what if are allowed. What I cannot promise is a fast pace playing it. Quote

What I cannot promise is a fast pace playing it. You can fly anything you want, anywhere you want. You just have to use the same pilot until the end of the campaign or he meets the golden BB. I am still working on a mod with some others and we are almost done. Once that is released we can start this. 1 Quote
