3 SAAF Squadron
 
Formed in Waterkloof, South Africa in September 1940 for service in Kenya, 3 SAAF Squadron operated a number of different aircraft. It received its Curtiss Mohawk IVs in September 1941, towards the end of the East Africa campaign. The SAAF acquired 72 ex-French Hawk 75A-4s, initially for home defence.

This is a Redo of my earlier Skin. In fact it's a complete new mod.
 
This is a complete Aircraft. with better Sidewinder rails and a gun firring fake rockets. So now AI will engage Air2Air
with rockets. But whatch the ammo. You only have 24 shots.
 
ONLY reason to create a gun which is not historical correct on the D model is a compromise betwen realliaty and what the sim allowes
I STRESS again had the sim allowed the AI to engage with rockets I wouldnt have added the Gun tray. but retained the original Rocket tray.
 
How to install?? Unpack, drag and drop the entire Objects Folder into your WOX install. Add the weapons data and gundata
into the respective ini's open and save with the guneditor and weaponeditor. IF you have Ravenclaw_007's late CL-13B pack
installed only the tanks needs to be added in the weaponsdata.ini.

Repost of the previous, wrong file, corrected skins
 
This pack contains all harriers employed in the spanish navy since 1976, in nation-specific mods,
wich should work in all thirdwire sims
 
Includes AV-8S Matador (by wpnssgt) and AV-8B (by bobrock) in both Day Attack and Plus Versions,
in nation-specific mods
 
 
In 1976, the Spanish Navy, wich couldn´t afford to use a conventional Aircraft Carrier, became
the first navy to use Harriers operationally from a WWII CVL(USS Cabot), the AV-8S "Matador", while
the Royal Navy could still operate F-4Ks and Bucaneers from HMS Ark Royal.
 
After the Falklands War, the Harrier won the trust of the Spanish Navy command, wich allowed the
following models of the family to stay serving despite the cost it implicated. Such this way, the Harrier
remains in spanish service.

to have it. Could have made a specific skin for Capt Steven "Eagle" Hiller,
but seemed too far. Derivates from Dave´s VMFA-122 skin

SBD-3 Dauntless Skin, VS-6, USS Enterprise; for SF/WoV/WoE PTO installs


 

"Pearl Harbor Defenders" - American Bombers


 
This skin and Ini Update Pak for Wolf257's SBD Dauntless dive bomber represents VS-6 (Scouting Squadron 6) as based aboard USS Enterprise in December, 1941.
 
Coloring and Decals represent the standard type markings as seen on Naval/Marine aircraft of the time, and include NEW BuNums and aircraft type name on the tail. BuNums are accurate, as they ARE from -2 & -3 Dauntless', but my research has only turned up 6 actual numbers as used by VS-6 that day. Unfortunately, they are the aircraft that were lost...
A new decal is also used for the arrestor hook; it finally gets some I've made it earlier, and the addition of a seat for the pilot to 'park it' on. The cockpit ini has a replacement 'ring-and-bead' type sight that is closer to the reticle in the (then) standard telescopic site used on all the early model (up until the -5 variant) Dauntless.

Hey guys, first upload.
 
The original Early F-101B Voodoo skin had the flag of Ontario on the tail. With the permission of Dave, I have uploaded a replacement file. The replacement file substitutes the Canadian Red Ensign for the flag of Ontario.
 
This will replace the wings.bmp file in the RCAF skin folder of your Early F-101B Voodoo.
 
You simply need to extract it, and overwrite Early_F-101BRCAFwings.bmp
