not to be rude,but I find it amazing that humans are amazed when they encounter an animal that has made what i like to call "the contact" Ive personally known two dogs and one cat that seemed to have just a bit more upstairs than their peers. You can see it in their eyes,and if that animal could form words in the way we do,it surely would.

 

P.S. I love the way you could see the slight tremble in the brush,as the elephant was focusing on placing it where he/she wanted it. cool vid

Anyway, I thought the predecessors were a totally different race...not the fithp evolutionary ancestors...

I'm not that amazed,I grew up watching animals doing everything from making mousetraps to ordering from the Acme catalog on saturday mornings.Heck a few times I saw one help some potheads solve a mystery. :slow:
