Rambler 1-1 Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 that is some really damn nice resolution. Makes the Tornado there look fantastic, and don't even get me started on the bombs... VERY nice. Quote
Atreides Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 (edited) Coming soon Awesome ! The more Lion Cubs the merrier. Edited May 10, 2009 by Atreides Quote
Shaolin Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 not too fictional actually. 4 TFW was co-based at Ramstien AB during late 70's thru mid 80's and deployed there a few times in concert with REFORGER exercises. Never picked the tasking back up after they transitioned to Mud Hens due to the course of history after that. Still woulda been interesting too see ARN-101 Rhinos in action. Don't get me wrong, but could you please stop using colored fonts - it is nearly unreadable! Quote
fougamagister Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 (edited) Can you hear the voice that says "less words! more pics! " ? Now let the show begin with the great Patrouille Suisse before, during and after their loops somewhere over Germany. Edited May 9, 2009 by fougamagister Quote
Guest a10boar Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 ChrisBV and Fougamagister those are just "Friggin' Awesome!"<---What Sean Penn's character might of said in Fast Times at Ridgemont High if he had seen these screenshots.I know it's so '80's as my daughters would say, lol! :blush2: Quote

ChrisBV Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Thanks Rambler & a10boar The bombs are still a WIP, I'm working on them as I'm getting started on a Tornado GR.1 re-skin project. I'm really enjoying Lexx_Luthor's INCREDIBLE missile exhaust effects ... but I'd like to improve or change the "blocky" smoke trail effect (the one you get when the booster ignites), does anybody know of a good way to do it? Other than that, the effects are AWESOME! Oh, yeah... DIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! PS: how do I create a smokeless AMRAAM booster effect? Quote

ChrisBV Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Harriers at dusk... This one's titled "a small CAS mission in the AV-8B" (or, "a shameless excuse to test my recently downloaded environmental lighting and missile/explosion effects") RIFLE!!! Hey, the good guys are burning! I'd better do something... FAST! Keeping them with their heads down! In your face, Shilka! OOOOPSSSSSSSS...! My handiwork Coming back home after a successful mission: Hey, you know what I've been thinking?
