Thanks for the compliments Spectre! I have the priviledge of working with a gentleman who flew as a radio/ecm operator on B-36s. So I just wanted to get a virtual glimpse & see what it would feel like in 1 of those monsters. (I crashed on landing) But it's a wonderful a/c!

Here's something I made for him as a tribute to him and others who served during the cold war.

 

And wilco...I'm insanely jealous on the 53! But wonderful skins! Keep up the good work!

partial reskining, and redecaling of TKs A-1H. New lights, working canopy (can't get the weapons to follow the pylons when folding...drat it all!). You all know HOW I hate to waste good decals....

 

can't release it just as yet, because of screenine #2. Another new item, for another mod.

Actually they are 5J's:grin: created by just playing around with the stock Mirage 5, stock Mirage 5 skins and stock Nesher decal ini's - now that's what I call "stocks and shares" .

 

I've been reading up on the Mirage recently and (re)discovered the sorry tale of the 50 Mirage 5J's purchased by Israel (they were actually the driving force and launch customer for the simpler 5 series) but then saw them embargoed by De Gaulle just on the eve of the Six-Day War. A fascinating story.

yep, that is interesting. I would like to see some for Argentine service against the British with a hud like the taransis one,since Argentina couln't get any US equipment or additional frnch equipment due to the circumstancesof the time of the Falklands.
