This was Bud in 2001 at the Yankee Air Museum. He was there with Gabby Gabreski and Gerry Johnson.

 

 

They've all flown on after Zemke: "This is Yardstick. Follow me."

Very sad that we are losing more and more of real heroes, one like Bud Mahurin and Robin Olds, each year. It is inevitable, but no less sad. Mr. Mahurin thank you for what you did while you were with us, and know that you will always be remembered.
