+Wrench Posted January 18, 2014 Author Posted January 18, 2014 clocking in; beginning the Night Shift... meanwhile, earlier that day ... somewhere over Kent... 2
Heck Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Got two 111s, but the gear was damaged. Put her down in a field a short distance from the base.
Heck Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 The results of an inadvertent head on pass with a 110. They can hit hard, when they get a shot. Stukas!
amariani Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I remember somebody was working on a P-47C & FW-190...any word on that?
+Wrench Posted January 19, 2014 Author Posted January 19, 2014 just wolf's 190 is all that available at the moment. Like everything else, new, improved, SF2 compliant FREEWARE versions are needed for damn near everything. Daniel & I were working on a C-Jug (pun intended). We haven't finished it. Maybe after the Beaus??? Who knows!! (see below -- as you can see, far from ready; lots of skin work and stuff like that there) Cs only had a very limited service life; probably around 9-10 months in England before all the D variants started showing up 1

+Stratos Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Got two 111s, but the gear was damaged. Put her down in a field a short distance from the base. You managed to do a belly landing in SF2???? First time I see such a thing, I tried thousands of times, no luck yet!
Steve T Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Only a bunch of Stone-age boxes, but enough of 'em give at least an impression of the Metropolis. 1
Heck Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 You managed to do a belly landing in SF2???? First time I see such a thing, I tried thousands of times, no luck yet! You have to download Baffmeister's BoB fighter fms. They use a trick he found which puts landing gear skids under the wings, tail, and nose, enabling you to belly land (if you're careful that is). You can find them here: http://combatace.com/topic/80865-bob-bf-109-e-series-fm-updates-beta-093/?do=findComment&comment=647248 Obligatory screenshot: Off for an early morning radio check.
+Stratos Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 I tried to apply to a F-4C, no luck at the moment, will contact him.
