Fubar512 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) the flaps will be a nightmare to animate, but so far im happy with the current status further updates will follow I have to show this to Tomcat74, who started the model way back in 2005, and I must say that Oli (Bpao) would also have been impressed with what you have been able to accomplish. These images, which date back to 11/18/2007, will show you how far Blackbird has taken this model: Edited November 21, 2014 by Fubar512 2 Quote

+FLOGGER23 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Well i hope it is, how much info do you have for Fitters, Floggers and Frogfoots in Bulgaria? All info is greatly received, besides, are those birds stenciled in Bulgarian? Or they kept Soviet lettering? Quote
Svetlin Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 How much info, that's hard to say, rather general, better ask a specific question and I will try to answer it or find the information. As a minimum I could go through the Bulgarian military aviation forums to see if I could find any information that you need, but I currently do not have. There are dedicated topics with discussions for each aircraft that was used by the Bulgarian Air Force. As for stencils, each aircraft is marked with standard factory stencils, meaning Soviet/Russian aircraft bear stencils in Russian, while our PC-PM, C-27J and AS-523AL are marked in English. For Floggers, we had several painted with a shark mouth, a very cool scheme: It is an UB Flogger on the pic above, but some of the single seaters MLD had that too and I think I could help with decals for it. As I said, just ask a specific question or place a specific request and I will try to help. Quote
+FLOGGER23 Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Well what i would be needing is something like this for references on Bulgarian Floggers, Fitters and Frogfoots: http://hunavia.freeweb.hu/TYPE/MiG-23%20base/MiG-23_base_index.htm Now, back on topic (hehehe) dots, dots and more dots!!! (that LOD viewer has become a great ally, simple and useful) 9 Quote
