TMF's IIICJ, now in SF2

since one didn't exist, I made one. took the skin from the IIICI (rocket user), IIICJ data ini (adjusted for home user, of course), and 3W decals (need to adjust the tail squadron badge a bit still -- so all the other stock ones will fit properly)

Mirage IIIC, French Air Force, EC 1/2 Cigognes (by TMF)
