New model of kuz is still wip 

Latest progress are fixing some error on model and creating data for the kuz, this's newest issue of kuz

Known error

-each kashtan not firing it's sam

-ak630 not firing 

-engine smoke not installed

-ski jump take off does't work well

-jet blast not working 

-only 1 of 24 sam tube are working

Installed Feature

-each kashtan and ak630 have it's own radar fire control

-phased array radar are working well

-top radar working well

Nice work. 

Some more details on the deck would be great.  Needs smoothening as i can see from pics...

Also in my opinion - as the deck is most visible part of the vessel -  should have nice mapping and skin... Even adding details on skin and bump map can change the whole visual thing.

I'll try to add a tractor, parked su 33 or 25 inside the hull and Rus navy holding a vodka :biggrin:

For smoothing model, I've been smooth it before, on skechup but when i convert it to max, the model it's not smoothed anymore and poly is increased 20% from it's origin, but i'll do my best.

For skinning, i will do it after all modeling progress was completed

Oke i see, so there is no problem if a model had more than 50.000 poly as long as each mesh is under 5000

yeah if you have high poly model 50,000 I suggest you make distance LOD....2 ships with that count may slow down many pc`s lol...im lucky it wont affect me....but some arent so lucky...thats why ive started making distance lods

One step after an other. I think it should be not to difficult to make a Liaoning.

rokieborghunder sent me the last version of the ship. It is still WIP. But on the screenshot below you see some members of the crew on deck.

Really looking forward to this ship, specially If it came with deck crew, tractors, trucks, etc. Will be needed into my Syria modern map. Don't forget the red firefighter trucks :biggrin:

At the moment the real Kuz is out of order, because a drunken sailor managed it to let fall a big crane on the flightdeck.

if what happens is that I work in another Kuznetsov that, according to the forum rules, it is not possible to publish it, of course, your work will be much better and, for the same reason, I would like to contribute with the graphic improvements I was doing so that This model with everyone's support is the definitive one in sim. The captures are stickers that I made in vectors so I can also take them to 3ds max and extrude the shapes that stand out like the stars and the badge.

Kashtan flak systems are firing with guns.

Kashtan is firing with gun while VLS launcher is firing a SA-9-N missile.
