IIRC it is the "display" of the LASUR command data link. But i will ask some guys who know it better than me.

There is to find:

 1 Geschwindigkeitsanzeige, der am Staurohr "eingefangene" Luftdruck wird ins Gerät weitergeleitet und über Druckdose(n) mechanisch an den Zeiger weitergegeben.
2 Kurs - (Kreisel) Anzeige: erhält elektrisch die Daten des Mutterkompasses im Seitenleitwerk
3 Radarhöhenmesser: misst mit elektromagnetischen wellen die Distanz zwischen Flieger und Boden. Benutzt hauptsächlich bei geringen Höhen
4 Künstlicher Horizont
5 barometrischer Höhenmesser: misst den das Flugzeug umgebenden Luftdruck
6 Variometer: zeigt steigen oder sinken des Fliegers an. Zusätzlich hier noch ein integrierter Wendezeiger
7 Kraftstoffanzeige (Durchflussmenge)
8 - Kommandosteuergerät Lasur ... zur Übertragung von Leitkommandos
9 Machmeter
10- "Zweizeigergerät" Druck Hydraulikhaupt- und verstärkersystem
11- "T10" - Leuchtfelder für diverse Ausfall- bzw. Statusanzeigen

Nr.8 is the instrument you are looking for. It is the LAZUR command data link display. I think the game engine can't handle it.
