Not a silly question, but the answer is no. This bonus applies only if both: 1. You bought direct from ED at their site 2. You paid a non-promotion price ie not a sale or upgrade. If you bought one after a permanent price drop, I'm not sure. However, my Steam A-10C gave me nothing. My BS2 upgrade gave me nothing. I got $6 for Combined Arms, which cost me $30. I got $10 for Black Shark 1 for which I paid $50. I got nothing for FC3 because it was the pre-order discount already. I was gifted a copy of the P-51D from the KS program (someone who already had the P-51) and I got nothing for that. I do not have the UH-1 or Mi-8. So I have a $16 credit, $10 of which is from BS1's release 5 years ago, which is nice. I'll apply it to Nevada I guess.

Riots always happen for the supposed right reasons in the wrong places. US race riots always seemed to happen in poor areas...against other poor. The poor store owners get their places smashed and stolen from, not the rich.

Did you notice all the other flight sims that have come out in the last 5 years? Oh, right, there aren't any. They all went out of business or switched to making something other than sims because a few tens of thousands of copies at $40 each doesn't pay for multiple years of development anymore. BoS isn't on Steam, either. So since people aren't buying them in large numbers, you can either pay more for the new sim or you can keep flying your old one. ROF now offers 9 planes for the ICE which runs about $20, and they regularly have sales where you can buy them at a big discount. For the $60 price of a Call of Duty you can get a lot of planes in ROF now. But hey, flight simmers are cheap bastards and don't want to pay more than $40 every several years for sims, so is it any surprise that the industry all but collapsed? Oh, and NO game works out of the box anymore. Not even the $60 annual CoD's that need patches and nickel-and-dime you for maps at $15 a pack. So have fun living in 2000, but that era is as dead as the Bill Clinton administration and the twin towers of the World Trade Center. There's no going back.

ADF had that comb thing in front of the canopy for IFF. That's the easiest to spot. Also on the left side just under the RWR blister on the nose is the spotlight used for IDing. I don't think any sim ever had the F-16 carry 7's since you were never flying the ADF.

I'm pretty sure both of them were. I can't recall where, though, but I seem to remember AD and Flex both stopping by in the earlier days of development, when it seemed like it was going to come out earlier. Lots of ups and downs in Flex's life pushed this back quite a bit, but he never abandoned it.

How about derelict skins? No one ever makes skins for planes to make them look like they've been sitting in a poorly maintained open-air musem or the boneyard for like 3 decades with a yellowed canopy, bird crap and nests over them... Let's see some skins that make our Phantoms or MiGs make you want to cry!

Well we had B-52s doing that, and there were LGBs a plenty between all the different planes out there, so I'm not sure how many dumb bombs were used by the smaller planes.

Yeah I did this yesterday. Only problem is BS2 upgrade key won't work, so my DCS World DLC tab only shows my other stuff (although FC3 does show just fine). I'm still using standalone DCSW, but if I ever have to reinstall the Steam version will happen much faster.

IIRC only one was a gun kill, and the other was a bomb like the F-15Es? Anyway, when it comes to the F-16 I will always remember the reporter on I think CNN (although it might have been one of the big 3 at the time, since they were actually considered bigger back then and those 4 were it) talking about how the USAF was "carpet bombing with their F-16s"...and I got an image of carpets rolled up on the pylons.

Not to be a downer, but I don't think it will that much. It should aid loading times a bit, but generally speaking more RAM won't make a game run faster once you're above the minimum, and 4GB is usually plenty for SF2. CPU and video card are the 2 big things there. I don't know what you have, but the fact that you're using DDR2 indicates the CPU at least is on the older side.

Anywhere snow isn't going to be melting in Feb, really!

It's been 9 years at least now. There have been like nine Call of Duty titles released already. No FO releases.
