@ stary...have you managed to create bloom effect etc with the effects ?...with no external add ons

looks ok so far...maybe a tad more darker panel lines..unless you add a bumpmap then they are ok as is.

look at existing templates...and look at individual layers panels rivets etc etc and if needed copy a panel layer and paste as new image to see what the thing looks like... my jug template for example had originally over 100 layers..i use them to move stuf around trying out stuff,then when happy move them to where they need to go...and remove all I dont need\dislike

No news as yet,but ive got old model thats basically done...I will make new templates as the base textures done..need to add new all other stuff. such as panel lines etc etc..so bare\bear ? with me...always forget which bear bare to use I guess its bare as ...come to bare?...lol

you could add a second rudder to the vertail in the data.ini...as it wont show when u use the proper one but will move when in damaged mode mebbe?

it does work...make a seperate rudder mesh and use that...I got it to work on su-9 but didnt use it as it parted when tail was damaged.

copy and paste the area of paint on the canopy area of the skin and paste into the patch I gave you...I think I didnt add the specular,glossines etc values to the glass,to same as fuselage...will do it for you again..

hmmm from what i can see its old model skins not new ones?.as the new templates are different to the skins....have I downloaded the old model?

If you cant...heres rear canopy lod....and a small black jpg for you to add via fakepilot Desktop.7z

I can check where its mapped on tga and let you know ,unless someone beats me to it.. ok... you need to open canopy.tga in skin folder and paint area on that trial and error...as original f4`s of TW had small tga .and it was assigned to glass but not mapped flat ...as we would say a wing.....this one is larger so try painting areas until you get bit you want...if you cant do it...I can export the F4E rear canopy mapped (as I do for all my models) and you can use that via fakepilot,after removing original rear canopy..

maybe he could tint the waternormal.bmp? ive no idea in such matters
