I'm using Win10. It's still there.

Have you used the one in Windows? It's under the Control Panel Tab, in Hardware & Settings, and Devices and Printers. Right Click the stick, select Game Controller Settings, choose Properties, and the calibration windows shows up. Sounds like a lot, but in reality, it's less than a minute to get there.

As I see you are carrying the "heavy ordinance", we'll take care of any issues in your flight path...
