Oh my, just splashed 4 Raptors on ANW map with Su-35, they are stealth so (S)AHM's are useless but when Raptos are stupid enough to get VVR Archer gives no forgivness, this really rocks, finally some serious opposition :)

As for old version I know Comrad made a pretty good repaint of the whole thing so you can download that one. I don't know however if that will match with the whole pack(campaign etc...) The new terrain version that Wrench was working on came to a stall after major breakdown we had with it lol Maybe we will restart the work soon...

This is heavily CPU bound, it will run MUCH slower on weak computers.... I know there 's a sequence BTW, but once I get over 25sec on my system it's not humany possible to move your hand so quickly I need mind control to go over 25-26sec lol

IL2 series is now on v4.09b however that includes one payware install. Forgotten battles came to 1.22 IIRC

That pack will not work with new game versions (Oct2008) you need to either: a) run all weapons through new weapon editor(as fun as shaving your intimate areas with a rusty chainsaw) b) download the "2.52 community weapons pack" which is a fully functional beta and once you install it you are good to go EDIT: for WoV I run default wepons, it has a pretty good coverage of what you will need in standard Vietnam war scenarios ;)

Well Dave to tell you the truth I had no clue about what was exactly released in 2008, I had to look at DL section dates to check some stuff. About only one item hmmm I would probably go with the Gripen....or EF2000...maybe F-35? Hmmm F-22 is also 2008...hmmm We need more choices! :D If you really consider plane of the year voting/contest, I suggest a list of planes released in 2008 and 5 options to choose, comments forbidden, only designations - does that sound too harsh? lol
