View File UH-1B, D & E of YAP for SF2V UH-1B, D & E of YAP for SF2V v0.1 by FANATIC MODDER I converted the YAP data.ini of - UH-1B Gunship - UH-1B Heavy Hog - UH-1D - UH-1E for use in the sf2. More in detail, - I modified the powerplant lines so it doesn't crash anymore. Furthermore, more realistic feel, closer to a real helicopter. Accurate power data. - Gunner animation now more realistic. The UH-1E right gunner is finally moving. - The Helo_Destroyed.LOD line is added. I am sure most you have this LOD added.. Why v0.1? LOTs of things are needed to be done if we can say that they be upgraded to proper sf2 standards. The FM still needs a lot of tuning, since empty masses are wrong, as are aerodynamic Coef etc. They can go up to 250 km/h top speed but don't be fooled, it's not because of excess power... Be in mind that these are NOT complete add-on, just corrected data.ini for sf2 use. You need to go the Yankee air pirate webpage to donwload them. The -B/D models are part of the basic pack, however if you want the -E you need to download exp pack 3 or helipack 1. The way they are they may be not perfect for playing a campaign with them, however are more than adequate as AI additions to vietnam missions/campaigns. This is so great, so much detail, such a great cockpit and this big helicopter is so impressive but... I hate when I do this...well I have some issues. - The animations, apart from the wipers, don't work. - Loadouts don't come out properly - When I start a mission on the ground, no matter how hard I am trying, the main gear wheels are destroyed.

This is so great, so perfect. Candidate for the best add-on ever. And the radar-less -A version makes sense as a light attack aircraft. -
Thank you very much indeed, this is so much better than the old A-Team model. I hope someone would make a hi-rez template to match with the splendid LOD. About the cockpit, one idea is to use the F-94C cockpit from Stary. The F-104 is a cramped cockpit that really doesn't seem right for this plane... -

This is yet another great cockpit to have for a very particular plane... -
This is just a great cockpit for a plane that ...doesn't exist!! I never tried the F-94B in missions and it came out as a ...horrible fighter plane! Slow and heavy, it could catch up only with bombers or piston aircraft. But in either case the light armarment and sluggish response makes vunerable to defensive fire or overshoot if you dare to attack a piston fighter. I hope that someone prepares a F-94C, which must be a little better. -
Please give us a timeframe so I can add default dates which skin were used at which year etc. -
what "BETA" is this, I did very minor mods and it's perfect...the only thing that needs it's a repainted main cockpit panel. It shows that EF-2000 is a pure air-superiority fighter, but now with modern weapons every combat plane can do strike missions. -
