to throw my two cents in i would slim it down somewhat but also break it down into the eras, say by decade of release. one generic pack for things like mk 80 series bombs that have been around forever and will stay around for longer then a 50's pack 60's pack etc for the needs of the user. it is how i busted gunnys SF2 pack down on my backup tho due confusion on nomenclature and just plain cross eyedness (did he mention 2000+files?) i had not excluded everything in each set. and for a red nickel to boot change the data ini on the mk 80 series to cut it off pre 1964 (F-47D over tempelhof with mk81?really?)

just use the same direction throughout the ini!

depends on the target you want to kill, fire one at an airbase and you will kill everything around the airbase except the runway. (note do not use nuke alone if going after a runway) Gunnys weapons packs for SF2 include many of the early series Mk 4,5,6,7 freefall bombs but they are rather strong and not advised for use as is. if you go in the data ini for the weapon and dial the explosive down about ten percent you can use it without dying other wise you will kill everything in ten miles including you and your flight! it will also cause aircraft carriers to be listed as destroyed although they will still appear in the screen(this after a mission where i launched 6 SRAMs at the Kitty Hawk!) for realism they aren't all that great(as it would have taken alot to cross the nuclear threshold) but for fun they are ok to use sometimes. like one mision where i had a B-52G loaded with ALCMs aand provided my own SEAD:grin:

all this talk about A-6's i didnt know we were doin write in candidates. in that case how about F-16C? i know i know avionics aren't really in line with whats available and it'll take time money and many bugs but one can dream can't they? we might see it right before Dave gets his pony:lol:

Step 2 read the reviews from the folks here on how the new patch/expansion pack/ game is going and whats good whats broken. Step three if you think its worth it, get it!
