Better Infantry RC1 - First release. As of this moment I only have done the CSAT and NATO side. This is just to enhance the stock infantry units in a squad. Idea taken from the Project Hatchet Discord as a way to make it relevant, and so on. - Mortar Container now has the new Illumination rounds, with a total of 16 rounds. - Light Howitzer Container now fires the new Illumination rounds, with a total of 16 rounds - Created a new Faction, called "Russian Federation", given that the Russians would use that, and also a blanket faction for other helicopters I may add in the future. The Ka-145 is already in the faction and uses custom units for the pilots and so on. This is not intended to be a comprehensive 2035 look at the Russian forces, as I'm doing it for my mods. If you want a comprehensive Russian mod, then look at RHS: AFRF - Added a UH-92 (Unarmed), with the same FFV positions as the UH-60 model. - Consolidated magazines for the Mortar Container so it's easier to use with artillery mods like Drongo's Artillery Tool and the like. - Tweaked the Light Howitzer Container a bit, tweaking details and the like. - Fixed the stabilators on the H-60 versions, since I was trying to fix that and deleted the named selections. - Tweaked the IR suppression thingamajigs on the MH-92s - Added an ATACMS Container. Rocket is so far just a High Explosive warhead that does a lot of damage. It has the same range as the M5 Sandstorm rockets, so doesn't require anything new, but thought that would be a nice addition to the mix as far as weapons and the like. - Wing tanks on the MEV and the Unarmed w/ESSS can now be hidden through the scroll wheel menu. Right now they're a compromise until BIS develops wing tanks that are more configurable without a script. Use the scroll menu to hide/show the wing tanks on those two helicopters. Essentially, but it depends on a lot of factors, like enemy radar strength and so on. So pods like the ALQ-131 in game just don't work at all, while some of my pods do work. "Burn through" (When the radar's power over powers the ECM pod) is modeled more or less, so from a real life Growler EWO (I think that's what they call them) says "it depends". -
Anyway, nothing on the horizon right now. Mostly because GKABS is having his health issues, so things are pretty much a standstill, as well... he's helping with the modeling. I think after I'm done (whenever that will be) with Soulfreak's project, I can turn to my own Super Hornets. I do have the max files for my mod, not Soulfreak's, so that's a good thing if I want to ask somebody to work on it in the meantime. I do have a list of things that do need to be worked on, but more or less with the 2030 deadline for the Super Hornet to be removed from the USN inventory (that's the best knowledge, I haven't been keeping up with most of it lately) or something like that, so I want the more detailed Block III jets and so on to be done. Other than that I've been doing a lot of Arma 3 work lately, so I'm kinda focused on some stuff for that game.

They're just as capable as the Taliban (the Tban are a bit more proficient) is a bit more skilled. But the units should act better than the stock soldiers that BIS came up with, and armed with BIS weapons (mainly SPAR variants) and of course if you need to use what's in your modpack feel free to do so. Units include a Squad Leader, Team Leader, Rifleman, Rifleman (CLS), Rifleman (Marksman), and an Autorifleman, and a Grenadier. - Added a custom vest, a Carrier (US Army) for US Army units. - Reduced the Detect Skill of most Taliban units, given some veteran stories on the Regiment Discord. It turns out the Red Unit, and Al-Qeada were more better trained, and the skill level adjustment reflects that. Red Unit stays the same.

I update it, but haven't played it recently. Sorta working on other things at the moment, so I haven't made time to play it yet.

EricJ Helicopter Pack RC156 - Requires game version 2.20 - Adjusted magazines so that the rounds for the Light Howitzer Container accurately counts for artillery mods, like Drongo's Artillery Tool - Added a TF562 Armed Offroad, as a "lighter" alternative to the GMV for missions - MH-92 DAP, MH-60M DAP (4 Pylon), and the AH-96 (outermost pylons) can use the new BIS fuel tanks. - AH-96 Coyote renamed to AH-96D Coyote (just the displayname, no changes to classnames or the like) - AH-96D now has a millimeter wave radar system installed, CP/G has a sensor window of 4.0km, while the pilot has a 2.0km sensor window. Right now that's fine as the pilot concentrates more on flying while the CP/G focuses on weapon employment. EricJ Helicopter Pack RC154 - Light Howitzer Container animates properly. - TF 562 GMV has limited datalink (receive/report remote targets) - Added three more magazines for the Light Artillery Container, bringing the total rounds to 100 - Tweaked 3D model of the Light Howitzer Container. - TF562 MXs have RCOs instead of Mk17 holosights. - Added a TF562 Grenadier - Changed out the M240s for M240Hs. Currently, I need better references, which will serve as a temporary replacement until I can find more suitable reference images. It's "correct", but the modeling needs some good TLC for the next or future updates. - MH-80 can now sling load up to 3800 kg. I just had somebody ask me for some files. He said "F18 mod" and I was like "Sure have my Super Hornet mod", but as i thought about it more, that would just open me up to that person asking me for more files, because of the paying of files from this site, and he didn't want to pay. I then realized that this isn't what i wanted out of life, so i blocked him, and pretty much of the opinion that you can't pay for a service, then you don't get to have me download files from here because I pay for access, and that person won't. So I'm not going to accept any requests from people, and leave it at that. Because if I gotta pay, they can manage their finances so they can get the files themselves.

PSA: Don't DM me, don't message me on Discord for any of my mods, and if you don't feel like paying money to download stuff from here, I will block you and delete any messages I can. I put my files on this site for wider distribution. If you message me because you don't feel like paying good money for a service, then don't ask me to give you a mod because of that. I don't think it's fair for everybody else to host their files on this site, and people finding ways to circumvent it because you just can't help out. I'm not in the mood to do this because it means people will assume they can simply ask someone to download a file without paying, and you don't want to. It doesn't work like that, and it means you're just looking to take advantage of people rather than paying the minimum so you can go through the Downloads section and get what you want. I don't live to make my stuff available for you because you can't do the right thing and pay for a service that is probably one of the best.

EricJ Helicopter Pack RC153 - MH-67 can now lift 12700kg, the max limit of a real Chinook, 700kg more than the standard Huron. - MH-60A (Insertion-1987), adjusted the position of the cargo bay seats to fit the animation. - M134 belts for the miniguns increased to 3000 rounds for the late model MH-60M and MH/UH-92s. - M134s on the MH-60M, MH/UH-92s have a fixed fire rate of 3000 rpm, instead of selectable fire rates on the old versions of the miniguns. This information was gleaned from the Project Hatchet Discord, where a subject matter expert notified the team that the 160th upgraded their miniguns. These are applied to the MH-60M and the MH/UH-92s. - Made two Sniper-capable helos, an MH-60M (Sniper), and an MH-92 (Sniper), both set for using snipers instead of carrying operators. Please test these, and any feedback will be welcome if it's effective or not. - Reduced the Max speed for the AH/MH-6/15s to something reasonable - The early MH-60s (Insertion-1987, MH-60A, and MH-60L) will have the selectable fire rate miniguns, and ammunition limited to 2000 rounds. - Cleaned up the model.cfg, made the code somewhat better, and removed some old stuff that is no longer used by the game. - Improved the flight model of the AH/MH-6/15s - Ka-145 has appropriate RVMATs for the external model. - Sensor window removed from the AH/MH-6/15s - Added an "Artillery Container", using a 105mm weapon from my M119A3 mod. It functions like an artillery piece, just only 3500kg, easily liftable with a Ghost HaWk and bigger. It does work, and is usable, just the animation is messed up and wasn't able to be fixed before uploading, so it's a "beta" until I can figure out the animation so it looks correct when firing.
