  1. Yep... As said targeting pod mechanics are pretty abstract, nothing like Jane's Hornet or EF2000...
  2. To answer your about LGBs you can be out of the gimbal limits of the pod and still hit the target. Unfortunately targeting pod modeling isn't a priority so it's very abstracted.
  3. A VFA-32 pilot releases flares after pulling up from a training gun run in preparation for deployment, while the VAQ-132 CAG slams on the deck after another mission over Libya.
  4. Down Low (okay got inspired to fly the F-4C but finding out that I need more practice in precision bombing in the 1980s...)
  5. I tried 2 v 2 before and realized that using a wingnut is useless since I'm already in position while he's still trying to figure out what to do... so I just don't use them anywmore.
  6. Returning after a successful training mission
  7. Updated after a little bit over two years, new panel lines and detailing.
  8. Bullet 100
  9. Or maybe the F-5E pit? Or was the F-20 pit a little more advanced? Besides I fly enough Hornets :D
  10. Probably new 3D model I would say as it was done quite some time ago if my memory serves me correctly.
  11. Looking nice!
  12. It's when you move the airplane the head "bobs", moves around, so if you turn to the left, your "head" moves to the left, and so on. Worked okay in LOMAC but it gets annoying.
  13. Practicing mountain gun runs
  14. You're welcome all! Now updated with E loadouts in the file.
  15. It'll be some time before I get around to it ace888 A VFA-115 "Eagles" F/A-18E heads north in support of OEF, 2002
  16. Looking pretty ace888!
  17. Cool beans... if you got a pic or two of that I can add it... And any E aircraft as well too...
  18. View File F/A-18E/F OEF/OIF Historical Loadouts ver 2.3 A small file that updates the FA_18F Loadout.ini with a few historical loadouts that I found and setup from various reference pictures I have on my hard drive. Some are by squadron as it seemed they all had their own ideas as far as what was used in the referenced period of time. The PDF readme has a graphical representation of the loadouts for easy reference. If you have any other pictures PM me and I can add it, along with the time the photo was taken. Note an E version is in the works and will be included when I update this file. EricJ, 2011 Submitter Flanker562 Submitted 08/10/2011 Category Loadouts

  20. Just to confirm the obvious, I'm getting the same error...
  21. I think ravenclaw_007 should be "banned" from posting Bucc shots until he releases it... Seriously I can't wait to check it out... great work!
  22. Probably not... not many people do What If birds... a shame though.
  23. A little bit of Viper fun
  24. It has it's tendrils spread wide. Follow Ceasar's advice and backup your mod folder, as that's where all the goodies are anyways...
