  1. They already looked at it and said it wasn't "mature enough" for their air force at least that's what i read somewhere though it may be just op-ed.
  2. Thanks daddyairplaines got the Chair Farce hounding us. But in any case the same manual is for the Air Force grunts because they gotta take the pre-test to just even use the manual "Man I don't know if I'll pass..."
  3. I've been pretty much been doing the same though out of these: F-15C (85) Su-27 F-22A F-14 M2000 F-4 Mig-29 The F-15, Su-27, Raptor, and M2000 are the ones you gotta watch out for (the Su-27 tries to always slide back and chop you up. First time it got me but I watch it like a hawk better and the M2000 got a couple hits on me) as they try to go for the energy fight but I've been lucky so far (all on Expert). The only reason it takes so long with the F-14 and F-4 is that they're real easy to "read" and countermaneuver due to their heavier weight and even with testing the EDE engines letting them extend sets them up for a missile shot or a guns kill. The MiG i think I just popped with a 'winder and called it a day.
  4. I don't think anybody has gotten that far in numbering... I know I'm at around 2200+ weapons so not sure, go to the Thirdwire Forums and ask. TK may answer that question as I don't know. http://www.thirdwire.com

  7. Minor notations for JP-7 Fuel as I assume it would of course fuel the jet.
  8. http://562.50megs.com/562nd/Tutorials/GuidedWeapons.zip you have to load a targeting pod on the right sponson pylon. I think it's done automatically by MF since there is no D model out. But the zip file above in PDF shows how to generally use them. I still need to do a moving targets portion sometime..
  9. Ejecting flares right after a bomb drop. Thankfully the bomb was out of line with them or a really cool shot would have ended up disastrous. Wounded bird. It should be quite obvious that if I were to face a real Tomcat in BVR I would be smoked (and have been a few times during testing). It's just interesting to watch the AI perform and also improve my gunnery skills.
  10. I did Nice work so far though Now I'm wondering if vehicles will drive around buildings for an experiment. Beautiful work X RAY! More gun run stuff
  11. The issue is that it wasn't designed for helicopters so what you see is what you get, and that's the best they could have done given the limits that are hardcoded.
  12. Leaving Vahdati AB heading west to end up doing a very nice gun run on three trucks I was tasked out to kill.
  13. Unzip this file in the main WOV directory as I used to have the same problem. d3dx9_31.zip
  14. Okay go into the F-16_DATA file and look at the Right chin" and find the line "AllowedWeaponClass=" and add "DLP" to it and go back into the game and it should show up.
  15. You're going to have to extract all the contents from the Desert.cat into the Persian Gulf folder. I had the same issue when I installed it and since I've done that it works fine.
  16. In defense of Dezful Border Post, Iran-Iraq border.
  17. Hell I'll test the CAS and Armed Recon routes
  18. Was going to say something about that but you got it...
  19. I was going to do one but you beat me to the punch... nice work!
  20. Yep so do I and try out the 16:9 or 16:10 ones...
  21. Look kinda scrunched, you have a widescreen laptop?
