  3. Thanks for the campaign link allen... a little tweaking and it can be modernized. Matter of fact I switched the Iranian to enemy, so now you're doing strikes from Iraq into Iran.

  6. Haha no, apparently that was my second attempt at nuking it, and it hit right on, but didn't do Jack, so I exited and bombed a road bridge with a GBU-10 instead. Getting used to the old skool guided bombas though....
  7. If my mind serves me, the Himalaya airbases are MEDIUM, and the B-1B requires a LARGE airfield at a minimum. If you create it as a single custom mission it loads fine.

  12. No problem. On a personal note/opinion, alot of the stuff eburger68 and team cannot control due to game mechanics, rather than mod mechanics. Like everything else, it's just an addition, not so much a modification of the game programming itself. Best thing to do is hit the Knowledge Base, or ask before going to eburger68 (which IMHO has done a good job of customer service).
  13. Backup your stuff, and reinstall the game. Sometimes if you delete the entry in Windows Programs and Features the sound won't correctly (or won't for that matter) play. It happened to me a while ago and reinstalling it fixed it. Or update your sound drivers if there is an entry in your Programs and Features.

  15. Not really, as the 1990 issue is the start year, which if not fixed, it will go off of that, not so much the "in-between" years that the plane is supposed to be flying. Had the same issue and that tweak fixed the problem.

  17. Should be in the campaigns folder under that campaign. If not check the Menu folder.
  18. It could also mean how many friendly units are there too, usually that is a ratio of AAA sites, and how many are setup as "AAA". The more you have, the less some systems will show up, as there are only so many slots available and the game assigns them on it's own whim. So to do this you have to have some as "RARE" and that will hopefully allow the Gepard to show up.

Of course, but the problem is that the enemy radar may be more powerful than your jammer, therefore you can still get shot at, but as a whole yes, it does it's job, and allows you to get to places defended by SAMs. Matter of fact once I reconfigured my stick with more countermeasure focus, my survival rate of course went up. Problem is though, even if your jammer is very strong, there is what is called "burn through", i.e. the SAM radar overpowers your jammer, and then can still lock on you. Fact is there's a ton of online references that deal with it, since in some cases the tactics used in real life work in the game, to a degree. So basically you get a hit or miss proposition when dealing with jamming, SAM capabilities, etc.
