I've had plenty of layouts in Active Duty, but you know how that goes since it's an all-day event. Never had it in my Guard unit though.

I would try @Erik and see if it's a problem with the download servers. dtmdragon (as well as the rest of us) aren't responsible for the downloads and how they function when downloading a file. We just upload and so on, so whatever issue you're having isn't any of our fault. Maybe your ISP is crappy or something, or maybe a setting on your computer or something goofy is going on. But dtmdragon can't do squat about the issue you're having.
