Yes did notice it - somethings obviously going on - hope its not as pathetic as someone has an opinion against Israel. Considering its historical and based in the Cold War era when Israel was seen as a hero to the west - I don't see what argument they could put forward - so GTA 5 no problem but SF Israel - OMG!! My next phone will be Samsung Android based - Crapple can go the same way they did in the 80s

The radar and IR detection range will be reduced but I cant see it being a case of visually detecting each other - especially with IR The F-35 has a built in IRST, TGP, Radar - and if they don't detect a foe then it has a 360 multi spectrum detection capability with the EODAS that will still detect targets well outside gun range. If say 2 jets spotted each other in WVR and you went in with a gun against a guy with an AIM-9X / R-74 then probably kiss your A goodbye - >96% of the time.

Next thing you know Sharks with Laser Beams will be jumping out of the TW sea.......................

Right back to sad stories.............. At the beginning of World War II, a government pamphlet led to a massive cull of British pets. This little-discussed moment of panic is explored in a new book. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-24478532

They used to be a major player This appeared today - the guys a bit of a character http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-24441931 Who is the real John McAfee? He's the man who went on the run after his neighbour was found dead, face-up, with a bullet in his head. He's the man who jump-started the multibillion-dollar anti-virus industry. And now he thinks he can make you invisible on the internet.

Not seeing anything in chrome or IE latest Where are yo gong to get this?

I gave up hope a long while back in the state things are today - anything we get I will be grateful for I think. I think its best to forget about it and tune in for nice surprises once in a while.........

All the best Macelena - hope it goes well. Sorry to hear about your colleague.

RIP.

From memory - go to TWS mode select a target on the radar lock up Select another target Lock up Select another target etc Then when in range fire, fire, fire etc this only applies to AIM-54s btw If you are new to the jet + avionics side of things there's a bit to learn I'm afraid. Check your key mapping - mine is mapped to a HOTAS which makes it all easier

First Aussie F-35 in production http://www.f-16.net/news_article4793.html

Whatever you like - you will find in reality you probably fly a different profile depending on the mission - spend a few mins at SL at max MIL power before climbing etc Your wingies will form up in standard lazy formation - you can wait for your wingies before pressing waypoints. The important wingman commands happen when you start getting in missile range.

Hah - yeah the speed of sound is a lot slower than you think.

Apparently - might be able to see if the complete tit holding the camcorder would keep it still http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3ZiItd72N8

Shame about the pilot but great news that the passenger managed to get it down - great work by that instructor over the radio really.

My wingy is really poor at following commands - and when he does its normally a death sentence - its safer (for him ) sometimes to just let him follow me around in trail - (almost like a towed decoy )

Not as bad as it sounds when you try it out Use TWS mode to lock up and launch multiple AIM-54s

Have added many nodes for the ground forces?

You should have a local copy of this as well http://www.thirdwire.com/man/sf2/Strike_Fighters_2.htm
