  4. Yes it is, but I wouldn't count on the early winders much. In general my own rule is -if you're 6 o'clock close and steady enough you consider swithing to guns -that's good range to fire a Sidewinder.   6. Had this same two days ago, when I tried to upload from main SF2 files category, starting from terrain mods (it was terrain mod, suprised?) solved it
  7. I really tried to like FF (4 back then I guess, was several years ago) and Red Viper, but amount of unstability and issues won over me. And that was before we had Avionics80 in "our" sim, after WOI I didn't bother. Soulfreak, new engine doesn't mean new visual/feature quality in "stock" Tomcat I guess. But I'm pretty sure some will start modding the ice cream land terrain the weekend it is released

Let's face it: If someone would like to use in somewhere else for profit we wouldn't know about it I guess... sans that Sim City or something guy ripping the stock and 3rd party models to make units renders, and one certain individual with numbers, I hazard a guess it would be very very unprofitable for any person from here to do so. Perma-ban and such. Besides, members with design modder status in most cases are people long term here with good reputation, proven themselves as dedicated and all. edit: such library as you call it also could help people with skills but without knowledge to start their own modeling work I guess

I have account at ShareCG site, but models over there are quite poor compared to shown on this site This leads to one more thing I was thinking about some time ago -modders have access to Modder's Round Table forum which is invisible for "standard" members -how about creating some kind of sharing thread there? That would help to continue some project or make other variants original author has no time/interest in doing..? I'm lame at 3D, but I would have no problem with uploading my soure max files, even put some to my WW2 cockpits pack

  13. I'd prefer to have trees on the R tiles too, but then 1) I'd have to retile more and more custom airfields/bases 2) in the future, any new airfield added would be incompatible with my tileset

As most seem to be using custom GermanyCE_tagets.ini file(s) with various airfields added (like those in Nato Fighters 4+ or others) I did this fix. This will also allow future usage of my tileset by modders working on new campaigns with even more new airfields planned, yet to be released. To install simply unzip to your mods installation GermanyCE folder, overwrite when asked. This is quick fix that removes trees from R-type (in original TW tileset empty grass only) tiles.   21. hmm... you have modded huddata.ini? Have you tried removing it from flight folder?
  22. I hope TK will give us option to revert back to old method of setting clouds base altitude like he did with trees fading
  23. I have Flogger23's test version, work more or less ok. I have made my own pack extraced from Nato Fighters 4+
  24. hmm, these should be on by default -check "Speech subtitles" are ON in Sound options menu
