So I was trying to stick that excellent F-111 cockpit into the Tu-22...seemed easy enough, but alas it avoids my advances, much like Alyssa Milano So why did it not work? How can it take the A-4 cockpit but not the F-111...must be missing something basic cheers

well said...I guess what I really meant was, how about instead we put static planes and air traffic and fix the medal system and maybe make some more targets besides a comm building and a fuel tank? Heck, maybe incorporate planes from the modders if that would free up resources. I know I have done pro bono stuff for game companies (way back in the MSFS 98 days) and if one modder was not willing to acquiesce then others probably would, just to get their name out there or be a part of a project. So it is not my show and if I really didnt like it I could move on, I know...

One thing I do not understand, and maybe you can clue me in...why does TK seem to always do planes we already have? I mean right when the mod-community really hashed-out the Viet Nam era (with F-105 and A-7 to name just two) then poof Wings Over Viet Nam Now I see the Mysterie, and Kfir, and here comes Wings Over Israel... Is it marketing? Does 3Wire go "look, they made it themselves, therefore they must want it"? I mean that stands to reason, but what gives? Not complaining, just curious...

good suggestion, but we changed out the mobo to see if that was it...they changed out the power button, PSU, just about everything we could imagine to test it...parts work fine separately, but not together Main thing is if I have to build another one, I want to know what can be salvaged...so I guess I would have to buy a new case and start adding parts until it stops working, then back up from there

So my other computer will not power up at all...have taken it to like 3 different people/shops and no one can figure it out. Changed out the power switch, tested the PSU, nada. A Japanese computer store even took the components out and tested them separately and things work...they took a resistance-thingy to it and found no bad wires. So what could be wrong? Tried a different motherboard, nada. I know what the effects of bad ram looks like, not it. Bad HDD, not it. Suggestions?

Oh yeah...MSFS-X how could I forget that? Well, when I save up enough for a Cray Supercomputer maybe I can get the little elephants to show up randomly in Nigeria... One thing I hate about that series is the hardware, I mean what kind of systems do they have to run them on up in Seattle? It only plays into my "Computer Consumer Conspiracy Theory" (catchy, no?) in that all along they have like a Terabit processor and 82 gigglewatts of ram on a perfect-ray disc multi-layer burner...but they have deliberately dumbed down the tech in order to sell it piecemeal and with incredible profits... Kind of like light bulbs...oh they can make a light bulb that will last longer than you, but then how many would you purchase? Exactly, give the public something that is not quite noticeable and make more money.
