I went to the inspection and was threwn out in the end by the brigadier-general in charge of the establishment because he said I was of no use to him due to my visual deficiency - something that would have been clear to me in the beginning if the audio of the introductory video they made us watch hadn't been so crappy nobody understood a word... but hey, at least I got a dish of "rancho" (crap-quality army food) for free! ROFL! Don't think I'd have liked to serve in the portuguese army anyways... The person below me has used a tin funnel for a hat once...
