Nice sky effects Shrikehawk

What video card are you using?

Thanks, Oswald. It's an nVidia GTX 260 896Mb. After drooling over the great shots of some other people I cranked up my AA and AF to 16X (forced)

I am using Firefox.

Right-clicking after that does not include "Save as" in the sub-menu.

Found the problem! I needed to update Java...Duh!

He got home after taking a sidewinder and landed safely. while I, trying to get a gun run on him, managed to bump into the ground. Master warning light came on so headed home. Found I was missing a main wheel and speed brakes so I ejected over my base!

Figuring out the x,y,z positions is easy, drag your cursor in max to the barrel position and input the data, least that's what I did for the Calliope and it works. Is it me or AAA only limited to four guns? while ships have more?

As always Spinners beautiful work :good:

Taking the "Arnie" for a spin and a US Navy pilot drops live ordnance in support of Anatolian Eagle '09

That would be handy advice, if it were my model, or, if I had the MAX file for it (which it is not, and which I do not).

The only alternative available to me, is to create a 3D pointer in MAX, set it in game as a missile object, place it on the model, and then use that to find the coords by trial & error. Extremely time-consuming, especially when one takes game loading times into consideration.

Of course, you could use the ruler tool....set the ship as an aircraft that always starts airborne. All you care about is coordinates....the ruler tool will help.
