27 Sams fired at us...........and missed

 

6 AA missiles fired.....and missed

 

Sent the J-Stars home as soon as we got the MC call, and took the AWACS low and fast to give the Migs something to chase for the run home. Who knew an E-3 could run so well at low level flying????

 

1 MiG-23ML(NK)wiped off on a mountainside trying a high-speed gun pass. The other one fell to a flight of F-104s in the area, and I ran underneath.

 

After that, a nice leisurely cruise back home.
