Thanks Dave.

 

If you guys haven't tried the single missions made by comrpnt, you really need to. There are many new ones added with this patch.

 

Also note, campaigns you're currently flying won't continue to behave after this patch. You'll need to start them over.

Next time do what my wife did, Aggie, and get a spinal! The pain just floats away... :wink:

 

I did, and it was incredible how quick the headaches went away, but it only lasted about 12 hours before they came back.

Any issues so far people?

 

No issues at all.Found it nice to wait my turn for take off on the FAC mission.There were 8 A-10A's in front of me.Give me time to look around and discover the sites and sounds of Desert Storm.This should've been boxed up and sold.On the other hand,glad all of you didn't on a selfish thought.

I absolutely agree on the "waiting to takeoff" thing.

 

it's damn nice to look at those aircrafts. For an exeample, at the E-8C that lands on the first FAC mission on the OV-10A

fantastic, off to buy my new rig, the Road to Hell missions were great though my comp was on it knees :(

managed 19 kills on my first pass.... CBU's are great aint they lol

anyone else finding that theyre being awarded medals without really doing much?

I started a new career and got the MOH on my first mission and the Silver Star on my second. Everythings set to hard so it seems kind of strange.

I have not seen it. We didn't do anything to intentionally change the requirements for receiving medals.

 

I'm not sure what the game looks at for giving out medals. My guess would the sum of points for the targets destroyed, as defined in the terrain's _types.ini.

 

If it keeps repeating, post some of your mission results, i.e. how many targets were destroyed and what type, etc.

what campaign/mission did u fly? what mods do u have? I had a similiar experience only recieving medal of honor on 1st mission,but no medals on second mission after more tgt kills than first!(btw...i'm flyin' on ODS and NATO1,2,3,4)...Maybe you just rocked the enemy beyond the call to rtb?.....I think u should just accept and go on!

...I must add that when i received the MOH that i had shot down a mig-23 while on the tail of my wingman and he took major damage,but was able to return to base!(not to toot my own horn!)
