I hope I am not nit-picking here, but you may choose to edit the text under the throttle.

In your picture I see М.Г АЗ (Г interval А), and it should be М. ГАЗ (М, then dot with no interval, then interval, and then Г).

М. ГАЗ stands for малой газ, which virtlually means little power, or in probably better technical term - idle power, or idle throttle.

Love your attention to detail though.

Yes it is. I think this carrier actually still uses most of the design from the Kuznetsov class, so "Cat 3" is hell of a long way, so that heavier aircraft (carrying more ammunition) to take off in the absence of real catapults.

The ship has been in service since 2019, and it was not until four years later that their first ship with catapult was officially launched and began testing.Uncle Sam should have had at least 60 years of experience using it by this time.
