redid refuel probe as was too small.

I regenerated the .HFD for the Southern Cali map, and now airfields are showing up at the proper altitude.

 

Nellis, in it's proper location, is just far enough from the "wall" to work. Hope to include Hurc's Nellis AFB with the terrain.
