Skin for excellent Phoenix D.II by Stephen1918. This is early skin "Natural wood/ natural canvas". I tried to add some "photorealistic" textures for more impressive image of this aircraft. Add to PhoenixD2.ini: [TextureSetXXX] Name=EarlyPhR Nation=AUSTRIA Squadron= Specular=0.700000 Glossiness=0.900000 Reflection=0.700000 For FE2 - put folders from "D" into Objects/Decals/PhoenixD2/D. Menu music from "Tornado" for Strike Fighters 2, replaces the standard menu music with that from the DOS Sim by Digital Integration. Features 9 out of 10 tracks as I could not find a use for "Freedom". Installation: Drag and drop the .wav files in Part 1 and Part 2 to C:\[user]\Saved Games\ThirdWire\Strike Fighters 2 [Name of Installation]\Menu and that's it! Simple as that, some INI editing might be required. Tested on Strike Fighters 2 North Atlantic June 2013 version, should work on any Strike Fighters 2 Version.

Douglas Dakota C.3 for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 This is a simple mod of the stock C-47A to create a Dakota C.3 in service with the Royal Air Force in the 1948-1967 timeline. Of course, the Royal Air Force were a big user of the Dakota but not in this fictional desert camo scheme which is loosely based on the original Lockheed Hercules C.1 scheme of the very early 1970's (quite an odd scheme for the times). It is flyable and RECON has been added as a secondary role so that you fly low-level recce missions and watch those MiG's stall and crash! INSTRUCTIONS 1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the DakotaC3 folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the DakotaC3 folder into your Decals folder. That's it! CREDITS As always, thanks to Third Wire for a great little game/sim. Special thanks to gerwin for this lovely desert camo to which I've simply added black undersides and decals. Special thanks also to russouk2004 for bringing us the smashing C-47A cockpit. And, finally, thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community. Regards Spinners Version 1 - 12/05/2020

This is a tutorial which I made long time ago for a friend who had installed SF2 and wanted to play multiple campaigns. Since he didn't know how to create mod folders he requested some help and that's the reason I made it. There's a related post at SF2 Knowledge Base which can be found here: https://combatace.com/forums/topic/62302-what-is-the-mod-folder/ However this tutorial is far more instructive since it was made for people who are unaware of how to install mods. I decided to upload it since it might be useful for begginers.
