    Ejercito del Aire CR.12 Phantom IIs A TMF Rebuilt project This mod brings the Spanish RF-4C, known as the CR.12 Phantom II in Ejercito del Aire service into the game, with an early version and a late version with bolt on refueling probe as well as Sidewinder capability Required a functional copy of any Strike Fighters 2 game except for SF2 North Atlantic (the only one without a native F-4 destroyed model) Included Effects, sounds, weapons, and 2 CR.12 aircraft CR.12: four skins representing camo schemes from 1978 through 1999 CR.12 (Late): three skins to represent service from 1993 until retirement in 2002. Many of their models are still heavily in use today, 15 years later and still amongst the very best. This despite the team not creating any new mods since the passing of Oliver Anguille in 2009. But time does move on, and the next generation of modders have ideas, techniques and tools not available back then. With the help of some of the original modellers (who have copies of the original max files) we can update these fine aircraft for the 2020s. Rebuilt for new terrains and campaigns that were just hopeful wishes over a decade ago. The Mirage in the logo is camoflaged, much like the real aircraft in later service. The "HD" has been replaced with "Rebuilt" as what was HD in the 2010s is jsut standard today.     ALBATROS D I I ( EARLY ) REDUX Following on from my previous upload of the Albatros D I, it is only right and proper to continue on with the D II ( Early ) As with my previous uploads, this is a total workover of the original D II ( Early ) From Stephen 1918. So, a brief callout of what is included skins wise. First a generic 3 tone Camo scheme over light ply, I have done this as that way I could amalgamate several generic but mainly correct personal markings, without assigning them to any particular Jasta, so a pot luck/generic DII. The next one is an early Turkish Ottoman Albatros, again very generic, and not intended to be any particular Turkish unit. Then the really tasty one, or at least I think it is, 16 Aircraft from Jasta 2, including 7 correctly numbered and marked Albatri, as follows :- 386 Oswald Bolcke 437 Erwin Böhme 390 Otto Höhne 391 Karl Büttner 426 Lt. Günter 372 Stefan Kirmaier 491 Manfred Richtofen The remaining 11 aircraft are figments of my imagination, but I think they fit in with the general theme of Jasta 2 Bolcke. Finally I have included Von Richthofens first red Albatros, which he used later on in 1916 most likely after the unfortunate death of Oswald Bolcke.Apparently it was his orginal Albatros ( D491 ) with all the fuselage, markings and tail feathers given a red wash, very cool indeed. As for everything else, as with all my uploads the whole package is there, so it is an un zip, drop and go sort of deal. If you haven't had any of my aircraft before, then everything is included in this package, Aircraft, Skins, decals, Guns, Sounds, and Pilots. Merely unpack the zip/Rar file, and drop it into the save folder where all your other goodies are stored. I shall again Warn that this package WILL overwrite any other ALB DII ( Early ) you already have installed if that is the case, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE back it up or rename it so no untoward harm comes, so there you go, I warned you, so if you futz it up, it's your fault 'cos ya didn't read the boring blather on here As Always..............ENJOY!!!!!................

    SF2 Green "Not Desert" Terrain Pack 8/23/24 == For SF2, any and all, but Full 5 Recommended == *** Your mod folder(s) =MUST= have, or access to, the stock Desert terrain, as many items are referenced from that stock terrain cat. *** Once upon a time, in the early 2000s, one of our first terraformers, Deuces, released a "Euro-Desert". Basiclly, retiled to a more lush green environment. This is my contribution in that vein. This terrain is designed to be FUN, and perhaps more than a little silly. As can be expected, there are Easter Eggs (tm) EVERYWHERE. This is a revamp of the stock 3rd Wire "Desert" terrain. It has gone through a somewhat extensively large rebuild (tile-wise), being retextured to a more cooler climate (see Notes) Large amounts of "eye candy" have been added to the airports, cities and other military targets. Ports have been upgraded with buildings, docked ships and other maritime goodies. The movement ini has also been modified, with additional and/or re-plotted routes. Be advised, that the original Desert campaign(s) MIGHT work, as I kept "things" as close as possible to the original, with the exception of FINALLY naming the tiled city regions in the southwest of the map that had never been touched since the 2003 initial release of SFP:1. However, I cannot gar-un-tee any of the existing stock or user made campaigns will work on this modded terrain; Be Advised! I've supplied a great number of Ground Objects (many of which you may already have), but you'll want to double check them after unzipping, to make sure you have everything before installing. Meaning: not everything has been supplied. Ground defenses (AAA & SAMs) use the generic tags (SAMLauncher, SAMRadar, etc), so there should be no problems with the Game Engine (tm) using what's in your Mods Folders. With Ground Objects in mind, this terrain has the usual minimum year spread from 1945 through (at least!!!!) 2050. There are NO mission restrictions, excepting Naval Action (no CVs!!). When 'in game', on the terrain selection drop down, you'll see NotDesert (Green) Select it, and play normally. As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!! It should be noted, you might (ok, WILL) experince longer than normal loading times on this terrain. It's because of all stuff I found I needed to include when (re)building it. Also, PLEASE read the "Notes" section for more data on the astronomical, geophysical and climatic conditions of this "region". Good Hunting! Wrench Kevin Stein
