  1. Wow, you can be easily tricked by this screenshot... It looks so real!
  2. Some more shots from the Scandinavian Front: Tunnan, wounded but deadly! And some Danish Hunters:
  3. Great, indeed! will be seasoned as well?
  4. Great effects, Fubar! Could this mean that there is a hope for a proper shoreline in the new engine maps? Great shots, squid! Did you edit the environmentsystem.ini, for those clouds?
  5. I have played many missions and got numerous kills and success messages, but not seem to get any awards...why? I know they are present... PS: One thing more considering the FMs in some planes... In Tunnan and F-86K, I have experienced some weird behaviour... with the slightest rudder input the plane banks hardly to the side! Kind of critical in combat when a slight correction is needed. Is this normal? Other planes don't seem to have this "problem"... and for sure not the stock planes...
  6. And now a distraction from NA. Those Tomcats look beautiful, but not my cup o' tea, I have to say... I fired up SF2 after a year or so...from my involvement with the Falklands 82 Mod. Having a blast with the Scandinavian Front Campaigns Mod! Killing a nimble fighter with non guided rockets can be so much fun! Started some historically accurate pilot skins too... Love those Lansens and Drakens!
  7. That's Great news!!! I hope 512 optimised tiles will be included in Stary's updated Sweden Terrain, for us with medium range machines... I worked on the pilot skins a bit more... Swedish pilots are almost completed and Danish are on their way too...
  8. Thanks, that's great! Never mind about the flight gear reference. I was trying to shortcut some of the research needed...
  9. Wow, can't wait! I haven't got NA yet... will it be mandatory, for the next update? BTW, do you, by any chance, have any info on Scandinavian flight gear, as I lack reference and I kind of improvising in some parts? I've got some pics from Michael Karlson's site but that's it... My try on the type 111 Swedish flight helmet, mask to done when I've got more reference...
  10. Hi Jonathan, I hadn't played or modded SF2 since the updated Falklands Campaign came out...a year ago? I patched my game up to the latest patch, yesterday and downloaded the Scandinavian Front Campaigns. (I wanted to fly the Lansen, it looks so pretty!) I got very exited (thanks so much!) and opened my old pilot templates to put together some skins... Here are a couple of Swedish and a Danish pilot. (WIP - Swedish helmets and masks have not implemented yet). Would you be interested?
  11. Nor the planes he built his reputation on, I must add... (Albatros D.III, D.V)
  12. No excuse, I'm afraid...
  13. Not funny at all... I posted comparative pictures over there, so everyone can judge that ridiculous claim...
  14. Thanks I'll give it a try...
  15. I took her once for a spin, but the wing was so blocking my view, that I never did it again... Very nice detailed cockpit, though! Very nice D.V Olham! I know the progress of those skins from the inside so... If I may, Jasta 12 planes had their black tail area expanded some more to the front fuselage, engulfing the side cross and the rudders were painted too, but it's a personal scheme anyway...
  16. Thanks, Baxter I'm trying my best for my favourite plane... Apparently, I've discovered an error in my RoF D.V hack. I had those bottom wing access hatches eliminated from the D.V, assuming that they were aileron cable inspection hatches... but a magnification of Theodore Rumpel's Jasta 16b machine, revealed that the hatches were actually present and painted sky blue like the rest of the lower wing. Don't you see them too? I have to restore them back...
  17. The siege sequence in Kurosawa's Ran is a real masterpiece! One film I like and I haven't seen it mentioned too is: "The Duellists", by Ridley Scott.
  18. I wonder if anyone is ever here... I'll post some screens by DiFiS using his excellent new tool, anyway Wallpaper generator!
  19. :clapping:
