  1. some shots you could be forgiven for thinking it was real footage of real aircraft...mind you...any sim that has ultra high poly models will look good.....cockpit is stunning realistic

To save time making one side of a model helps...I now use instances...so much better... also found out...seems to work so far. if you copy animated landing gear say...on left...mirror i...you lose some animation orientations.or they go squiffy...pain to redo anims eh...possibly not...try this below... Ive found out by accident...if you mirror the whole wing\and animated parts as an instance....move in place with parent(wing) in my case ,and then make unique using make unique button modifier...seems to keep animations correct tried 3 times and works every time so far.. mirror tool at top NOT mirror modifier...that screws up anims unless you reverse anims in the dope sheet. try it and let me know how you guys find it. if you didnt know the buttons here,only active whn an instance is selected.

  5. take out old mobo and gfx card stick new in put all dives etc back in and boot up,install yer mobo drivers bios etc....gfx card drivers and it will be done...why would you touch os?...no need when u first reboot after new items...windows will load its drivers,then probably restart...then you add the drivers that came with your mob and gfx card,rather than windows drivers for them...all I did when put my mobo cpu mem and card in mine...works fine.
  6. best thing is to fit mobs and ur gfx card then run installer \ drivers for mobo....then install ur gfx card drivers...mobo`s today usually reconfigure any thing such as ssds anyways....doubt mobo drivers would install correctly if you did it the way you describe..
  7. basic model information seems very over complicated...saying that any sim looks confusing until you dig deeper and run it often mue...you reckon we can make txt file version data files as of sf2 style and then convert to xml ? looking at cockpit xml...its a bit like binary they use 1 for on 0 for off to select an axis for a needle.. starting to see what they are doing... <entry> <ind>-1000.0</ind> <dep>-138.5</dep> for a gauge 1000 ind is I think indicator (needle) DEP NOT SURE BUT ITS THE ROTATION IN DEGREES OF THE 1000 MARK soz for caps.

  9. If SHOOT text isnt mapped to a polygon etc then no ini work will make it appear...unless fake it.maybe
  10. Forgot...you can delete the nuke.psd nukebump dds they template and old bump map nice 1 KJ
  11. in data.in add NUC to pylon you want it on....and then in loadout....check type names match ie(nato,uk for the actual nuke type) and its allowed.weight wise etc. did it for my a\c ...   13. Yeah I got em all...really good reading and ideas galore... British Secret Projects 5 of them Tony Butler Midland Publishing British secret Fighters,and the Bombers ones. 3 Luftwaffe and 3 Soviet ..Butler and Gordon all in all about 75 editions..
  14. TY Stratos I try GKABS its a Brit project of 1953 era...my interpretation of what 2 seater would be. Vickers 553 project from 1953 My single seater did away with the Lightning style canopy as pilots found it obscured vision for a" fighter version." my take on it if it had happened .
  15. Scaled it down a tad to about proper size ,loaded pilot in max to scale down to... updated Template,updated LOD,updated Data...(just new dimensions) added a bit...Blue plugs .and redid Bump map... B-28 -2.7z

  18. if you have diagram to show how and where chute attaches etc...will see what can do...I have some chutes in max lying around. either that or if you want max files and you have someone who can do it...either way is ok looking at the thing.I think the en cover drops off and ejects chute out of back..
