To all fellow modders....Thanks to you I have been sat here for hours nearly downloading all the fine mods ,models etc etc...you have given me square eyes,its like being a kid again in a sweetshop...dont know where to look first lol.... no seriously...relly fine items to be had....made my fresh install come to life since last ran it...makes a nice change from jets...tho still continue to make em... cheers gentlemen..and ladies if any....ha Salute ! special thanks to Vons...some really good posts about where to look etc... and geezer...fine models m8....commercial standard...top notch quality im impressed.

Just reinstalled FE and expansion pack,added the last patch...game runs black screen and music...last time it ran ok on my win 10 Pro 64...any ideas ?...TIA Disregard...just redownloaded FE2 and now works...forgot I had FE2 lolz... <NOOOOOB oh btw unlimited effects works on dx10 in FE2 weird...but good ha

my point exactly...no doubt we have thanks to the guys here ,dont get me wrong ,we have some great terrains and effects and mods...but we havent anything that matches the atmosphere of the FE stuff...like so...if you look at some of the terrains screenshots...with fog etc they look far better...

I dod mod FE as I loved some terrains and the haze and fog effects looked the dogs.added ww2 and removed all the ww1 stuff...worked fine to a degree......pity we cant utilise it with SF2...wonder if TK would let us mix em up...

I agree,you`re not far off the mark...was to be a high altitude fighter and fast...some bumf and specs....some designs looked plain daft...but...most looked cool...I love some of the designs...keep in mind most were still in the 1940`s...amazing foresight.

find what gun names are affected...then check its ini file effects and see what tracer name and colour is...open tga find white one...and rename it to the one you want white

in 3ds max sometimes the mesh when cut \ detached loses the smooth values....try resmooth the wing...using same values also check that when you cut it ,sometimes it leaves vertices that werent original...match up vertices and if any stray ones...weld them to the one nearest which is in proper place

hope you sort it soonest....as to win 10...get the ms win tool from the ms site....and d\l the win10 pro when installing just pop in your win 7 key and it will upgrade you to win 10 pro download the mediacreation tool here and it will get you the win 10 pro iso...just mount the iso on ur copy of win7 and it will upgrade you to full win 10 pro using the win 7 key...and then they send you a key to install windows again if you need to... https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

even if animated damage isnt supported...its a good way to animate how you think it happens when hit by ordnance...and a good way to have the debris arranged by animating and then exporting the scattered and burnt remains lol..
